Good communication..friendly delivery men...helpful.

I am thrilled with my Quercus cabinet. Service was very good and delivery was on time.

Ordering was easy, arrived promptly, very well packed. Lovely matching pair of drawer drums.

Bought this cube TV stand to fit a particular space in a small room and fit with our other furniture. It does both of these things and looks quality at the same time. Delivery was on time and packaging was excellent - no damage whatsoever.

Was very pleased with our order from start to finish - we ordered the cupboard on a Saturday afternoon and it arrived on the following Wednesday - at the time quoted - well packaged and in perfect condition - really pleased with the product.

Great service, the furniture arrived quickly. The delivery company were really good and flexible to deliver around my hospital appointment. The quality is good and it was cheaper than we found elsewhere too.

Table arrived on time and on schedule. Sadly there were two small todges on the corners which rather spoilt the rest of it. It could not have happened during transit as it was very well packed. I think it was a return from someone else who had damaged it and had not been properly checked by the company. Cant be bothered to return it as it is quite heavy and I am disabled.

We Didn’t receive the pre delivery text / email but luckily I was in. Delivery chap very pleasant. Some damage to a corner but not fussed.

Fantastic 3 door oak sideboard.
Good value for money and I would have no hesitation to purchase again.

However, I have rather mixed feelings about customer service I received from Quercus.

First of all, their website wouldn't let me place an order, so I had to make a phone call - no problem there.

Phoned about 3 times and various warehouse workers picked up, all of them rather confused and had no idea how to place an order.

They would say to call next day, as apparently there is only one person in the company who takes orders.

Secondly, Querus wanted to charge me an extra £30.00 for delivery, although their website says it is free???

They advised that the courier charges £15.00 per floor, really ??? So then it is not quite free delivery as they claimed ( we live on a second floor ).

Obviously, it made me think twice whether I want to purchase a sideboard, as at the end of the day the final cost is borne by a customer - me.

I decided to place an order and refused their " premium delivery service " and said just to leave it downstairs in a hallway.

On a flip side, delivery guy was amazing.
My sideboard arrived before allocated time.

He also offered to carry a pretty damn heavy sideboard to a second floor all by himself !!!!!

I said to him that's very kind of him, but I haven't ought a premium service, but he insisted.

I was OVER THE MOON as I just saved £30.00 on delivery!

Furniture - TV corner unit and next of tables look fantastic - everyone has commented about how good they look. The delivery process was easy and I was kept up to date with texts. Delivered when expected.

Very pleased with coffee table even though not exactly the same as pictured online. Very slight gap opened up on one joint, but probably to be expected with a natural product like oak.

Ordered a sheesham dining table and 4 leather back chairs

table top came with a couple of scratches and two small holes in !

And one of the chairs padding was poorly fitted and I needed to return it

3 e-mails and a week later later I am told the faulty chair needs to be packed (I had thrown away the box - Should of checked ALL the items more carefully - BECAUSE their Quality Control sure does NOT

Great customer service really must get to customers complaints SAME DAY in my opinion NOT days later after chasing

Shame because I have ordered several pieces from the furniture range..... not anymore after this ...
