Cube tv corner unit

Absolutely Terrible! Avoid!!
Bought a table over a month and I ordered the incorrect size. I rang up and nicely asked if I could change the table for a larger size and pay the difference in price and cover shipping costs as it was my mistake. Took them a month to call (after lying about calling me multiple times) to take payment. I had then paid and 10 days later still not had my order received after receiving emails saying the driver will collect the old item (i have heard this line twice now.) no idea what these guys are playing it, if i had the opportunity to give them 0 stars I would happily do so. Terrible service, poor communication and the list goes on.

I'm sorry about the issues you have had with your order.
We have had a full feedback from our customer services regarding your order. Your initially placed an order with us on the 17th Oct 2019 which was delivered on the 22nd Oct 2019.
You emailed us that you’ve ordered the wrong size and would want to exchange it for a different size. We made the necessary changes on the order and created a new order for exchange and informed you of the payment difference in order value for the new item which you agreed to make payment for.
To take the remaining payment; sales team were unable to get in touch with yourself. They emailed you to get in touch; but there was no reply for a few days. You replied after a few days and when we rang you to take the difference payment there was no reply from your end. After a few attempts they were able to get through with yourself and take the payment difference.
After payment was made on the 4th Nov 2019; when the order was sent to our supplier the item had gone out of stock. Unfortunately, this was completely out of our control. As soon as we had an update from the supplier, immediately we sent you an email on 8th Nov 2019 to inform you about the stock availability for the item.
The supplier has given us an ETA date of 26th Nov 2019. We will be delivering your item and collecting the other item at the same time. For exchange order we will always deliver and collect at the same time as it’s more economical and cost effective from our end.
