Ordered the cd cabinet knowing what it was like as already had a mirror image! Delighted as still same good quality piece. Came very promptly. Well wrapped and undamaged. I would thoroughly recommend this company as a pleasure to deal with. Furniture is different and well made. Looks amazing.

Part of the door is actually slightly split but the thought of having to take it all apart to fix it would be a nightmare

Made an order on 14th June and it is now 8th October and still waiting for delivery. Nobody seems to be able to give me an answer to where my furniture is and when it will be delivered. Paid in full on ordered so to say I'm a little frustrated would be an understatement.

Great company, nice products, excellent customer service and great hassle free delivery.

This is the second piece of furniture I have purchased from Quercus Living. Both items are of excellent quality and come very well packaged and fully assembled, which is a bonus!

I ordered a blanket box and the Quercus website quite properly informed me it was currently out of stock but was expected in about two weeks. I placed my order and received a response confirming there would be a delay. Communication throughout was excellent - friendly, timely and informative. I also received useful updates from the courier once the item became available. The box itself is superb and great value for money. I would use this company again.

Appalling customer service.

I made an order on the 20th of June and as of the 12th of August I have still not received an official update on it. I have been given multiple incorrect responses on when the order is due to be delivered, with it being delayed by a couple of weeks on each enquiry.

The only reason I have received these updates is due to my own enquires, as otherwise the deadlines pass by unacknowledged. I am sadly very disappointed in the company and can no longer take their word seriously. This is the first time I have felt the need to leave a negative review on a service as the lack of communication has made me extremely uneasy throughout.

As of the 24th of August this item has not been delivered, nor have I received any further communication, including the email referenced by the company’s reply to this.

Although advertised as being made of oak - this item is largely MDF with oak veneer. It is therefore not worth the £300 - and I am expecting a compensatory £100 . However the company has not responded to my complaint - but has sent a further reminder to review my purchase. So here it is.....misadverstised and over priced. Considering referal to trading standards if I don't get a response from them.

I was delighted by the quality of the wardrobe supplied, and even moreso in that it was fully assembled. Thank you.

The item itself is very good

However it was dumped on the doorstep of a house two roads away; the owners were on holiday but fortunately a neighbour/friend while watering the garden found it, noticed the wrong address and came looking for me, asking if I was expecting a delivery. We then worked out how to transport it here.

Hayman small oak sideboard bought to sit in our hallway to accommodate hats gloves and scarves. Well made for the price so good value for money. Also ba rustic oak mirror which was excellent quality and value for money.Very swift dispatch so that they arrived 4 days after placing the order. A minor fault with one magnetic catch on the sideboard which was easily remedied..

Nice bookcase, good price. Delivery communications not the best. Had to call Quercus to confirm delivery and agent called me back the next morning with update. Text from carrier said between 11.24 and 13.24 but bookcase arrived at 08.30 fortunately I was at home.

Price didn't include VAT Slightly misleading.

Slim oak bookcases delivered quickly, good quality items - very pleased!

I have dealt with Quercus Living previous and found their service to be good. This time was similarly good service. My issue is with the finish of the furniture, I ordered a nest of oak tables and the smallest item has scuff marks on every corner, the marks go through the lacquer finish of the product and tells me that their quality control is not doing it's job right. I haven't returned the item as I know how to make it look okay but I really shouldn't have to do that.

I’ve had a dreadful experience with this company. I ordered a set of tables that were advertised as being on sale. I paid for the nest of tables and the money was taken immediately from my bank account. I paid an extra fee for delivery due to my postcode. Delivery was to be in 1-3 days. A day and a half later I received a call from someone who said he worked for the company. He informed that there was an error with the price of the item I purchased and he said if I wanted the nest of tables I would have to pay another £100. I explained that I was not willing to do this and reminded the company set a price for the item, I payed in good faith and to do this was a breach in contract. Emails went back and forth and so far to no conclusion. The person said accounts were going to refund. Not only did I not get the furniture I paid for but have not had any refund either. These people are disgusting. This is not a reliable reputable company. I recommend staying clear of them. I have started the process of taking legal advice. Customer service is horrendous. Do not give this company your money or your custom
