Item out of stock
Ordered a item that was in stock only to be told it was out of stock and there would be a 6 week delay, it was then further delayed. Contact was good though, although the estimated date was wrong thankfully as it was a month earlier than they predicted (still 2 months after I ordered and paid).

Good service from the initial phone…
Good service from the initial phone call to an on line order.Delivered within about 10 days with good info on progress and info from delivery drivers who were first class-efficient and polite.

Nearly 6 weeks to arrive!
Nearly 6 weeks to arrive. When it did the tone of the wood looked nothing like the picture.
Never again!
And please do not say if you were aware of the issue you would have stepped. I called every week and every week the goods were due in your depot. Also I was assured that I would be called with updates. It never happened!

Advised in advance that delay of order was anticipated. We appreciated the company giving us due warning and then following up with delivery information. The delay period was exactly as predicted. Well done for keeping us informed. The delivery when effected was undertaken courteously and professionally. The product was extremely well protected
