Our furniture was delayed by 3 months due to COVID-related issues. However, when it arrived, we were very happy with our chest of drawers. It's well made, great value for money and fits perfectly in the space we had allocated for it.

The bed and mattress I ordered was absolutely perfect and the workmanship was spot on. It was worth every penny. It was delivered and fitted with no problems at all. I would definitely recommend this company

Delivered well packed. Took a bit longer than expected but happy with purchase.

The wardrobe was described as 'minimal assembly' so I was slightly surprised when it came flat-packed. However, on unpacking the wardrobe it became obvious that 'minimal assembly' meant just a few bolts screwed into pre-prepared holes, which was fine. The only issue I had with it was that when I attempted to fix the top panel to the wardrobe, the bolt holes did not line up if it was correctly positioned with the tab in the back panel sitting in the slot on the top panel. This was easily solved by four appropriate screws and a drill. Overall the wardrobe is a nice piece of furniture and is sturdy and robust.

Ordered matching bedside cabinet as was very impressed with service first time . Again excellent communication from company , extremely helpful, lovely furniture and they use a highly reliable and helpful courier too . Won’t hesitate to order from them again

Quercus were very helpful and everything went well. I was able to assemble the wardrobe and have it in place very quickly. All good, thanks Quercus.

Outwardly it's attractive, but I was disappointed. One of the bolts didn't fit its sheath, so one of the legs remains with only one bolt; and a loose batten makes it difficult or impossible to open one of the drawers.

There was a problem with my item but this was dealt with promptly and efficiently and I was delighted with the replacement and overall service.

Beautiful solid furniture, very happy with the items I chose to kit out our bedroom. A lengthy wait for the furniture but not too bad considering the current climate. Delivery drivers were very friendly and helpful, all items of furniture very well packaged and sustained NO damage during transportation. I think I'll be finding balls of polystyrene for the next year, ha!

A couple of minor negatives:
- A few of the handles and bolts have rusted, I guess some of the furniture was stored somewhere damp at one point?
- I had to drill all the internal handle holes with a counterdrill bit as the bolts were slightly too short to thread on to the handles.
- Fixing bolts could be stronger as a few have lost their thread.
- Found a square of chocolate in the bottom of one of the boxes...?!

Overall very happy with our furniture with the small exception of the rusted handles but that probably occurred elsewhere. Great service and price, glad we chose Quercus. Highly recommend!
