As a big family of 5 we are trying to eat less meat, to help the environment and for ethical reasons. We absolutely love Quorn products, my son who loves sausages, we gave him Quorn ones and he didn't no the difference! Quorn crunchy fillet burgers we loved to!! Delicious in a burger! The Quorn roars ones my children liked as shaped as dinosaurs! Taste great too!

We absolutely love the qourn chicken and quorn mince it's all we use so tasty and guarantee no nasties

We love quorn products so much, it’s really helped us to eat less meat as a family, and we actually prefer the quorn nuggets to actual nuggets! There’s something super special about them! The best meat substitute we have come across yet, we can’t wait to try more!

Amazing for quick family meals.
My toddler doesn’t like the texture of mince meat but will quite happily eat quorn mince which makes meal times so much easier as I know he’s getting a good protein source.
Myself and my husband ALWAYS make sure we have a stash of quorn nuggets in the freezer as they’re our favourite quorn product.

Loving the burgers, have such a good taste and the mince for my chilli con carne! Delicious and will be buying again.

I get , u dont like meat, why like other companies, do u promote food substitutes that look, taste and similarly take the appearance of food you hate eating?? The consumer eating world wide consumption, and your pretend food, looking liking and tasting like what you dont want to eat, wont change , come up with a new plant food based product, i can go on for days!!!!! Please enlighten me, i will help you on your pointless voyaging.....

Fab products which are tasty for the whole family. Makes eating healthier that little bit easier whilst cutting down on meat consumption without compromising on flavour

Have been buying Quorn products for almost 20 years now. The original products had nowhere near the "added" extra's like calcium Acetate that is now in both their fillets and nuggets which I recently purchased. Though deemed safe this chemical is used medically and does have listed side effects when taken orally, which are not pleasant. Can you please Quorn get back to making products with less of these added "ingredients".

This was so bad and smelled like it was rotten. I felt sick after 1 bite. will not buy again.

Most of my family are meat eaters but my daughter and I have been eating Quorn for years. Unfortunately they have changed their recipes to suit the Vegan palete/requirements. As an example, I do not like the new taste of the 'ham', and the 'turkey & cranberry' slices are not available. I no longer buy Quorn.

Love using Quorn to have veggie meals. My favourite is making a Meatball sub with the Swedish style balls

I’ve been vegetarian for 18 years now and quorn has only gotten better. The range now is fantastic and I love how more items come out all the time. Everything tastes great!

Me and my husband absolutely adored all Quorn products. We find it such am easy way to cut down on our meat consumption without impacting on our favourite recipes

Having eaten quorn for decades, starting with and ALWAYS loving the mince and pieces, I have also tried the myriad of emerging products that you produce, bacon, ham, beef, chicken and turkey slices. Fillets, nuggets, roasts etc. 95% I loved and the others just not my taste. Unfortunately your tinkering with the recipes has taken a once great tasting, textured product and utterly ruined it. The pieces and mince have no texture and cook to a spongy mush with a poor taste. Your aggressive foray into vegan recipes produce the worst textures off all combined with a truly unpleasant taste which lingers long after you swallow. You also seem to be subtly switching veggie products into vegan by stealth using similar packing and the word vegan in small print on the packs. You are ruining a once great product and people should avoid your original products till you revert the recipe and not buy the vegan product ever. I left a voicemail on your website contact after your website said you could be reached on a Saturday but your answerphone stated you were closed on Saturday?

Update 15th November -No reply after 10 days - rang this morning and spoke to polite lady called Jagdeep. She was very helpful but her reply by email was unclear . Rang once more and spoke to Safa, less professional and far less polite. Now waiting for Customer Services Manager callback but with little confidence.

One point I did establish is that Jagdeep said the company does not read or review or respond to any trustpilot comments so customer comments on here will never reach them. Very surprising, and shortsighted, given the popularity of trustpilot!

I tried Quorn nuggets for the first time and really couldn't tell they're not chicken....will be getting them for the kids now

Bought quorn frozen lasagna, the box is half empty, looks nothing like the picture on the box very dissapointed they have gone down hill

Please revert your products back to their old recipes, the mince now looks like dog kibbles and has an awful mushy texture, the chicken no longer tastes of anything and again has succumbed to the mushiness as well. Absolutely dreadful nowadays, luckily it’s steered me towards some good vegetarian food companies who care about what the products look and taste like

Have been eating quorn products for years and loved them but they seemed to have changed something, had some quorn pieces and they were disgusting, all mushy texture, on top of that I now having gastric symptoms and I have never had an adverse reaction to quorn before, what a shame, sad to see

I tried some Quorn "mince". It's has no texture or flavour. Sorry but it's vile. There are so many better ways to cook vegetarian food.

Bought the frozen quorn bacon today, it’s ridiculous how it’s packed, it’s all clumped together and isn’t easily separated, it had green bits in it, on the edges, I’ve never seen this before on the deli style ones, quite off putting, and it was holes in the middle of the rashers, can’t think why you would think this product is acceptable to sell in such a way, especially as quorn is not the cheapest products to buy, also since you launched the vegan chicken slices, I’m finding hard to get hold of my normal vegetarian ones, the vegan one is not to my taste at all.
