I was delighted with the costs quoted, but they then let themselves down with subsequent service. They addressed me incorrectly (female rather than male), whilst I understand this mistake, I've been trying to have this corrected for weeks, without success.

The sales person, Jason Stanway, seems completely inept!

Hi i found this site to be very helpful and unbiased they sorted me out very well,and sorted every thing else so all in all a great experience.

From the moment I contacted Extra Energy they have been very helpful Out of all the quotes they came out by far the cheapest. The other big company's have been hounding me for the last two weeks to join them making up stories about extra energy so I would go with them, But they did not know my home electricity is with extra energy, and has been for the last year with out any problems I have always been able to speak to them when required and have received the best service at all times .
