Asked to return an item and accepted a credit note which was basically a code sent via Facebook messenger was told to quote it once I’d found a suitable item and it would be applied. Not long after the website closed down and they stopped replying to my messages

Awful wrong price was put on the hat I ordered!! So Monday was refunded

I received the wrong product to the one…
I received the wrong product to the one I had ordered, however this was quickly rectified when I emailed to let them know. They promptly paid for my return first classed tracked from the post office and have compensated me with a discount. I am just awaiting the correct jacket now and will be happy with the service I have received.

Very happy with quality purchase
After being let down by another company for a jumper where they sent the wrong size I thought I'd give these guys a go. Easy ordering process, good price, great products and ordered my CP Company zipped jumper at lunchtime and after paying for next day delivery it was at my house the following morning very nicely packaged at 09:30. Products are genuine as certified by scanning it through Certilogo. Wouldn't hesitate to shop here again.
