Ordered sandals on 10th August. Promised delivery by 9th September. No delivery. No answer to query emails. Feel I have been scammed. I’m going to take my complaint further.

Really happy with the item of clothing
Really happy with the item of clothing. Helpful in exchanging the product. If there is a negative it would be that it would have been nice to have had the item of clothing in a protective bag or something rather than just the packaging it was sent in. Especially due to the cost of the item.
