Excellent and Fast Delivery
We selected our two new office chairs yesterday (18th July 2018), and they have already been delivered today (19th July 2018).
We are all very impressed with the speed of delivery and overall service received from the Rainbow Zebra team when selecting the rights chairs for our office and team members.
We will continue to use Rainbow Zebra for our office supplies in the future.

Very fast delivery and an excellent quality item
I ordered a lockable cupboard late one afternoon, and it arrived very quickly the next day, very impressive! The cupboard itself is of excellent quality. A thick wood, feels very sturdy and hardwearing, and it's very spacious inside. I would definitely recommend Rainbow Zebra to others looking for office furniture.

Overkill on packaging
The desk and drawers I ordered were satisfactory tho one small piece was missing. The delivery left a bit to be desired however. Only one man in a massive truck trying to manhandle an enormous pallet with my goods on. He was supposed to leave it all with me but I persuaded him to take away the pallet as I could not get it into the garage let alone the house.

Very helpful customer service before I purchased a cabinet - sending me dimensions etc. Once ordered, cabinet arrived very quickly. Was fairly straightforward to assemble. It's very good quality - substantial and looks good. Does a great job and I'm very happy with it. Thank you!

The order was ok, delivery was awful!
The order was fine, but the delivery was awful. The driver didn't care that he blocked the road, left the whole package on the drive and then left us with a huge delivery pallet that we now have the pleasure to dispose of!

Good morning,
Thank you for your review and I am sorry to hear that the attitude of the delivery driver was not acceptable. We use couriers to deliver, and I have fed this back to the delivery company so that the driver can be traced and spoken to.
Regarding the delivery of the pallet, we do try to be as clear as possible on our Terms & Conditions page, our FAQ page and our Delivery pages on the website that furniture items are delivered on a pallet to protect the product during transit. We do offer a service where we can deliver and install using our own team (and remove all packaging), but this is not part of our free next day service and I can see no notes on the order that this was requested.
