although my chair wasn’t suitable the customer service was very good. They arranged collection for the chair after a phone call from myself I don’t have to tell TV but of them about the refund but that was done on my account with two days with a conformation email. With the order number for occasions in the past.

Very good service and Jo even followed up as I queried the item. Also the product quality is excellent. Highly recommend.

Delivery was good and the product was also good. The only thing that wasn’t very good were the instructions. They were very vague.

I love the fact that i wad able to find chairs from a popular furniture store at a very competitive price and the dilevery man was lovely!

Unfortunately items arrived smashed but by 9:30 the following morning replacement items were on the way, so five stars for great Customer Services.
Their delivery company is careless, but lets face it, who's isn't?
Furniture is actually remarkably solid for the money. Assembly, well, if you take your time then there really isn't an issue. Just watch it because the assembled units are very heavy, so make sure they are assembled in place.

Brilliant customer service, as promised delivered in perfect condition within 24hpurs. Both the staff on the telephone and the delivery driver were efficient, polite and knowledgable. I will be recommending this company.

The first item came out damaged, however the customer service was very good in their response time, politeness and sending out a replacement.

We ordered a pedestal quite late in the afternoon and it arrived promptly the very next day

The plus - the ordering of the desks and the ease of putting them up was all very good.

The minus - Feels like they are cutting costs on delivery. They can't give you anything other than 9am - 5.30 as an expected delivery time, which is not helpful at all if you are not actually in the premises. Even half a days idea would have more helpful! One turned up damaged so had to got though the hassle of wondering when the next would turn up! They only do kerb-side delivery, which would be fine if was a small parcel but they are heavy, fully wrapped and on pallets which you then have to dispose of.

I'd be happy pay a small fee for delivery to get a more defintie time and help with getting in the premises. It would have made the whole thing much less stressful.
