The staff are really helpful but the delivery/collection lets them down.
The staff are really helpful, but the systems just don’t work. I didn’t get a dispatch message, or a pre-delivery call (which I had specifically requested). The items delivered were not the same dimensions as on the website, so are not suitable - and arranging collection has been another nightmare.

I have just called and left a message regarding this order to advise that it appears the courier has had the order since the day after you placed it, but they have not done anything with it, and more importantly not let us know.
As per my message to you, I have got in touch with the courier to ensure that this goes out on a next working day service.
Regarding us asking for a review before delivery, this is due to TrustPilot sending out the request a set number of days after the order is placed.
Apologies again for any inconvenience caused by this.
