I ordered a table...said on the website order within half hour for next day delivery(Wednesday)...next day(Wednesday) arrived i called them up to confirm that my item is arriving, they told me that my order won't be arriving due to ordering it after 4pm (although on the website said till 5) was really important to me so i asked them if it can arrive the next day(Thursday) before 11am, say said they can't promise before 11am but for sure that day... later that day i got a phone call from them saying that it will only be arriving in 2 weeks time due to the size..

The office chair was chosen very carefully to ensure it was the right specification. The delivery was on time, well packaged and was clearly good quality.
It was put together very easily and is extremely comfortable

Goods arrived with two items damaged and various things missing. I reported this and they had the replacement parts here within a couple of days. Just waiting for them to take the broken bits away.

Quality is so/so but reasonable for the price. The main structures are well built but the drawers are at best adequate home office/light usage office furniture because they do not have proper grooved support for the drawer bases but are just stapled in place and held on the metalwork by a tiny number of screws.

As an academic Library we have been getting computer/operator chairs (Calypso II high-back model in charcoal) from Rainbow Zebra for around 3 years in different batches. The chairs have been robust enough to withstand very heavy use levels and in terms of value for money they are excellent - even the ones we got three years ago are still going strong. Rainbow Zebra are always very helpful with our order, delivery is fast and we cannot fault the products we have ordered from them. Superb customer service - thank you.

Easy website to negotiate.
The office chair I ordered was very reasonably priced, is good quality and arrived very quickly.

Had a few hiccups with stock levels of the items Iwanted, but organised a similar replacement.
Only criticism is there was no notification of delivery and given this was a large consignment it really should have been sent by a courier who sends text alerts!

Great product and only place I could find in this colour - shame it came in sloppy cardboard packaging, seems unnecessary for the product ordered. Still delivered on time and in good condition so would be happy to order from again.

The I ordered I was later told the legs weren’t in stock for about 6 weeks. They let me choose another desk which was a bit more expensive but they honoured the lower price. They then delivered the desk in the wrong size which I assembled without realising. I let them know once assembled and they exchanged it for the correct one without any cost to me even though all boxes had been opened. Great friendly and reliable service, and well made desks for the price.

The build quality of the desk and cupboard I ordered is very high, despite just a page or 2 of instructions, it was also very easy to build and work out how to put it together, easier than Ikea furniture I'd say.

The packages arrived on a wooden pallet. I wasn't expecting to have to keep this and dispose of it myself so do be aware of that! Very highly recommend the value of the furniture,

I'm a very happy customer as all parts of the desk and cupboard feel like high quality materials even the back of the cupboard, normally this would be cheap and thin MDF (Ikea, looking at you), not here!

I bought the LOCO White Curved Desk and the CORE White Desk High Pedestal drawers. I must say for the price, this is top quality office furniture. The desk was easy to assemble and the draws came already assembled. Perfect for my home office. Delivery was fast and the driver was so helpful, Thanks.

Very prompt, next-day delivery as promised, on 5 new office computer desks. There was an issue with some fixing holes out of position, which meant 2 desks could not be assembled, and had to be returned, but replacements were prompt, with no quibbles, which is exactly what you need - good customer service when it mattered. I would definitely use Rainbow Zebra again, especially because when there was a problem, it was rectified straight away.
