I recently bought a desk from a very famous website which has an under shelving option that was not available on this website so I left a comment in my review and Rainbow Zebra pointed me in the direction of a site where i could by them, so i did. I work in the parcel industry and have seen lots of dodgy packaging but this was delivered in Class 1 packaging so arrived in perfect condition. I would without a doubt purchase from this seller again.

I bought two cupboards from Rainbow Zebra as a gift for my adult son's birthday. I was surprised when a courier delivered them one day earlier than expected. However, he managed to damage one in delivery. Unfortunately, on the same day my family faced a serious medical emergency and the cupboards were forgotten. Weeks later my son was able to collect them and discovered the damage done during delivery. In phoning Rainbow Zebra to report it I expected a difficult reception, due to the delay but quite the opposite. I explained what had happened and the damaged cupboard was collected the next day and I am now promised a replacement within the next few days. There are times when things go very badly wrong but I cannot praise Rainbow Zebra enough for their understanding and efficient response to the situation and have no hesitation in strongly recommending them as a fair and decent supplier.

Great product (Titan plastic chairs in red) at a great price, compared with other similar ones I’d seen online.
Delivery came quickly, though a day later than the date given in the emails and texts I received. I contacted customer services to check what was happening and they replied promptly and were helpful.
Overall - good product, good price, reasonable delivery - would buy from them again.
