Highly Recommended!!

Required a Desk as i am currently Working from Home.
Due to the ineptitude of another company, i was forced to find another Desk from another retailer.

I found Rainbow Zebra had a great selection and great customer service - i called before ordering to check if the desk was in stock and could be delivered within the times specified. Waiting times to speak to Customer Service were short and the person on the phone was very pleasant.

Needless to say, the desk was ordered on 8th April and delivered at lunchtime on 9th April - Fantastic!

Desk was packaged well, assembly was easy and quality is great

Order through Amazon - Office Desk

I ordered a desk through Amazon paying for next day delivery, it is now 3 days later and i have not received the package. I have tried 3 times to contact this company (twice through Amazon, once directly through their website) and received no reply. There website literally says promise they will respond within 1 hour of receiving an email, several hours later - nothing.

I would advise against buying products from this company given they have made no effort whatsoever to deliver my package on time or communicate in anyway. I am giving them one star as i cannot give them 0 stars. There are hundreds of other other suppliers offering the same products, ensure you don't choose this one.

Chair would't tilt backwards..

The chair arrived on time and was flat packed. Once put together the chair wasn't tilting. Contacted the company and they sent instructions manual. Still didn't tilt, so they contacted the manufacturer who responded quickly with what to do. This worked and we are now happy with the chair, if it hadn't they were willing to take the chair back and if necessary send replacement.

Thank you for your review and apologies that the arms were missing. Upon checking I can see that the courier had the arms, but did not deliver them along with the chair. We have logged this with our account manager, and are also looking into how we package the arms to ensure that the boxes do not become/cannot become separated.

We offered to collect and replace the chair free of charge, however you advised that you were happy to keep the chair. We also processed a 10% refund as a gesture of goodwill, that you accepted.
