Purchased a single wooden ladder earlier this week. It’s arrived early, well packaged and exceeded expectations. It’s beautifully made and very strong. I never thought I’d be excited by a ladder, but this is a super piece of kit and an excellent supplier, comms was great too.

From ordering the roof ladder to delivery was so easy no hassle at all .Good prices too turned when they said the driver great attitude very help full .recommended then to any body wanting laddres

Delighted with the quality and size of the brackets - excellent. However, horrified at the cost of delivery for such small items. This company was the only one supplying what we wanted. Bought two pairs at £30 a pair, totalling £60. Because the total was over £58, the delivery for these two small items was £27. They arrived in a small courier van. We have never paid this amount for delivery on any item we have bought - particularly galling as the package was so small.

I bought a 2.7m wooden library ladder with hooks & wall bar to use as a semi-fixed ladder up to the attic. It arrived two weeks early than promised, and is exactly as expected. Sturdy, and looks great. Thank you!

I was mostly very pleased with my purchase and the process. However, I do think that £14.40 is an astronomical price to pay for delivery of an item that cost £14.52. The delivery was fine but wasn’t even next day. The item was an aluminium loft ladder pole which was only wrapped in black plastic so wasn’t a large parcel and didn’t weigh a great deal. This was the only place I could find that sold the pole I needed so there was no choice. So, generally pleased but would suggest using a cheaper courier or Royal Mail (unless of course the item requires a special service and if this is the case I accept that delivery might cost more).
