Really easy booking experience in Manchester above Holland and Barrett. I arrived earlier than my appointment and was seen before my appointment time! Rubina really put me at ease and was lovely. Would definitely recommend this clinic

I visited the centre at John Lewis in high Wycombe yesterday. Michelle S 26 went above and beyond for me. This service is excellent and made even more exceptional by the kindness and warmth of Michelle. I can’t recommend enough.

I visited Randox Health in Canary Wharf and had a very positive experience. Sarah looked after me throughout my visit and was friendly, professional and made me feel completely at ease. The service was excellent, and the health package I chose provided a lot of useful information and biometric insights into my overall health. I would definitely recommend them.

Unsafe company.
Spurious results provided due to lengthy processing times and no attempt from customer services to rectify despite my numerous attempts to resolve, which meant I had to have unnecessary invasive private investigations elsewhere.

Lisa was professional, helpful and explained the process thoroughly. Lisa was excellent at making sure the assessment was as easy as possible which helped me be more relaxed about at assessment.

I recently purchased a home testing service. 1st set was unsuccessful , Randox were very helpful and sent another home testing package which again I was unable to complete, I can only assume due to faulty equipment. I then sent another email to ask for a refund and then another email follow up not nothing but silence. Very dissapointed these home testing kits are not cheap and it’s not as if I’m purchasing a luxury gift, it’s for a kit to check a health concern

2 weeks to reply just for a normal blood test appointment link, isn't acceptable.

I saw Michelle W at your High Wycombe branch and she is just fantastic. Granted this time there was a wait for the appointment but this was no fault of hers. This is the second time I've seen her and she is very personable and makes you feel relaxed and never gives the feeling of being rushed

Went to Randox in H and B in Preston. Naz did my bloods etc, she was lovely, very professional and put me totally at ease.

I went in for BRCA gene testing, they have lost my blood and not able to provide results. Would not recommend.

Appointment was booked for 8.10am at the Glasgow branch. It’s 8.40am and I still haven’t been seen.

A reason for choosing Randox is ease of use and I could fit it in before work which I will now be late for. If longer is needed for appointments please update your booking system to give more time for them rather than inconveniencing customers.

Got bloods done at the Hull Holland and Barrett randox clinic It was very quick and efficient, got the results in 48 hours, sinead was lovely and very welcoming, would recommend and will be using again

There is only one word needed to describe my experience and that is superb.
The service was swift and painless .

We visit the Preston Randox today and was looked after by Naz. She was very very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. Made us feel very comfortable and explained everything and answered any questions we had. We will definitely use this service again and hopefully see Naz again.

Initial experience with home sample kit was very disappoint but the staff at Nottingham clinic helpful and supportive when referred there.

I'm a long time user of the male hormones test kit but, since they changed from the old finger prick to the so called "quick draw", I gave up the brand and changed labs. Not only it got way more expensive, that little device does not work. Ordered twice, both failed to withdraw anything and I ended having to go to a clinic. Hard to understand why would they change something that worked well for something much worse

Seen in Liverpool clinic by Ben. As usual friendly efficient staff and service; results delivered speedily. Would recommend this to anyone wanting to keep an eye on their health.
