Kaitlyn provided a great service & answered any questions clearly. Appointment was fast & went ahead as scheduled no issues. Body composition information updated to the app almost immediately. Would definitely recommend to a friend or family.

My test results were bogus, impossible results, customer service terrible still not resolved no offer of money back or retest. I would avoid them.

Really impressed with my experience at Randox. The female blood test was carried out so efficiently, and the whole service was friendly, professional and reassuring from start to finish. Michelle W was great with taking my bloods and assessing me. She really made me feel calm when I was nervous and I appreciated it a lot. I am reviewing as 4 stars because there was a 45 min delay in getting seen as there were clearly not enough staff working, just Michelle doing everything alone. Michelle made up for the time delay by being super sweet and attentive.

I asked about everywoman as there were a lot of scores missing that were on previous every woman tests and ones not that long ago. I got a reply
From time to time there may be temporary changes to the test menu.- this is unsatisfactory as I am tracking my results over time. My communication red is 488485.

Quick and easy service, location is great due to being central in bristols Health Check in H&B, Muhammad is very competent and knows what he is doing, knows how to calm people when he notices them in stress and is very professional but easy to speak with, and very respectful of the trans community here, happy to recommend

I have booked a blood test in Birmingham. Sarah provided me with great experience, was very attentive, understanding and made the whole process easy. To be fair it’s not my first time having blood test and Randox Birmingham and Sarah’s professionalism definitely brings me back there. I can highly recommend.

Had an appointment at the Birmingham Randox clinic and Stacie was amazing, made me feel welcome! Was very professional and answered all my questions and was very patient - even when I had technical issues with a questionnaire. Great service and recommended!!

Met by Iqra. Lovely lady, put me at ease straight away. She explained the process and took my bloods without any discomfort. Friendly and easy to talk to. Helped me with some other testing I wanted and all done at same time. I would be very happy to see Iqra again

Appalling customer service. Had to chase for a response after silence for over 3 weeks. Get a reply and then I'm again waiting another 2 weeks with no response.

Veena was great, she made me feel very comfortable and the appointment was easy and enjoyable!

I had a very positive experience with Randox. The whole process was straightforward and professional, and I was particularly impressed with how quickly I received my results. Whenever I had questions, the team was helpful and responsive, which made the experience much easier. I would happily use Randox again for future blood tests and would definitely recommend them.

Excellent experience with Randox Health. Beth, their Sales Support Executive, was extremely efficient and helpful in sending me a quote for the blood tests that I needed, making an appointment for me, and answering my queries. I attended the clinic at Holland & Barrett in Oxford, where I was seen by Sara. She was an absolutely delightful person, so kind and friendly. My blood test results will take a few days, but so far I can 100% recommend Randox Health.

I got Vitamins & Minerals and also Male Hormones and then retested 4 months later again. The staff are great, very understandable and comforting if you are nervous (thanks Constanza!). 100% recommend😎
