Always a good experience. I have blood tests every 3 months privately as it’s the only place that can do it for me. Rubina was very welcoming and friendly. Never have any issues with coming apart from my veins that aren’t the best. But the clinicians are always polite and professional.

Me and a relative have been using Randox Health for our biannual health check for 5 years. Every time the service is great, systematic and consistent. The staff attending are friendly and knowledgeable. The results are shared faster and the reports are comprehensive and easy to read. The cost is affordable and the location is perfect. They can book you when you can attend even Sundays. I recommend Randox.

3rd blood test

5 weeks since I paid for a PSA blood test. Despite numerous e mails requesting an update , I have now been told they have lost my sample. Complaints are just ignored. E mail responses are generic. Requests for refund for failure to supply service are ignored.
How are major companies allowed to treat customers this way and basically steal money from senior citizens?
Please think twice before giving this company your hard earned money

Had a really smooth experience at the St Pauls clinic during my appointment. Roza took my blood sample. She was lovely and professional, and made me feel very at ease throughout! Pain free and super quick.

I bought a test kit and after I received the report, the customer service emailed me saying a few tests couldn't be done because of the quality of blood sample. They suggested I could book an appointment at their clinic to re-do the test. I replied if I could get another test kit and they did give me a code to order another kit for free. But after I posted the blood sample again I never received the result or any update at all. So 2 issues here, I didn't get the full test report I paid for and I bought the test kit because I couldn't visit the clinic in person I don't know why they want me to visit in person.

Absolutely appalling customer service

I chose Randox because I assumed a company specialising in health testing would be professional, organised and capable of tracking a biological sample. Apparently, that was too much to expect.

I sent my sample last Tuesday. It is now Monday and, after calling customer service on Friday and again today, they still cannot even tell me whether my sample has reached the laboratory. Not when I will get my results. Not whether there is a delay. They cannot even tell me if they have my sample.

The website says results can take up to 7 working days from receipt of the sample. Fine. But apparently there is no way for the customer to know when that clock actually starts.

Their solution? I was told I should have taken a photo of the Royal Mail tracking information. Except nowhere in the instructions I was given did it clearly say that I needed to do this. I followed their instructions carefully, kept my URN, and somehow I am now expected to have anticipated that Randox's own tracking system is so useless that I need to create my own evidence that I posted the sample.

The website, FAQ and instructions are confusing and poorly designed, there is no proper sample tracking or status update system, email enquiries are apparently ignored, and the phone support is so poorly equipped that on multiple occasions they couldn't even locate or provide meaningful information about my test.

This is a health testing company. You are dealing with samples that people have paid to have analysed, often for matters that are already stressful and personal. The absolute minimum you should provide is a basic system allowing customers to know that their sample has arrived and is being processed.

Instead, the entire experience feels like: send your sample into the void and hope someone eventually finds it.

Extremely disappointing. I would not recommend Randox for home testing based on this experience.

Arriving at Randox Birmingham I was welcomed and made to feel comfortable. Stacie was incredibly efficient and professional while also showing great character at work allowing for a safe feeling environment. I’ve never been in and out of a health service so quickly.

Took a test at the Chiswick clinic, and Miriam was very friendly and gentle with her blood intake. Quick service, quick results. Happy customer.

I paid for a Breast and Ovarian genetics test due to family history but the NHS are reluctant to do this test. The appointment itself went smoothly and the staff were very friendly, 5 star reviews for the day of the appointment. Was advised 6-8 weeks for the results. It's been nearly 14 weeks and I've had to keep chasing, there is no proactive approach to keep me updated. Was told initially there was a backlog at the lab, then a technical issue to then be promised last week I would receive an email to book in with the genetics counsellor so I can receive my results. I still have not received said email. The lack of having a proactive response is why I am giving it 3 stars. If their customer service team were to go out their way to let me know why there is a delay rather than myself having to chase every time then i would be more understanding. I've requested a partial refund due to the lack of communication and delay in receiving the results.

Emma was the phlebotomist who took my bloods today and what a lovely person she was. Kind and caring and a true professional. She worked so efficiently and put me at my ease with a big smile and the blood test didn’t hurt a bit. Thank you so much Emma!

Roza the Phlebotomist from the St Paul’s branch was most professional and courteous.
She made me feel at ease and explained everything to me.
When it came time to get the blood sample not only did it not hurt but there was barely a mark left afterwards.
I’ve had blood drawn before at my GP surgery and often left with a black and blue bruise afterwards.
So this was a very pleasant surprise.
I will definitely be back for more blood work in the future.

Unfortunately my experience was not the best to say at least. The doctor in Bristol, Muhammad was the best at his job. He was gentle, explained to me everything and friendly. Truly recommend him in case you are scared of needles because you will not feel anything when your blood sample will be taken. The worst part was everything after. In order to get my blood results I need it to call them and ask them to send it to me (this happened after almost 2 weeks). They lost other samples that I dropped at them and never called me to tell me. I found out because I called them to see what happened with those. From an easy experience with max 2 travels to them, I have an awful experience with 5 travels to them just because they lost my samples or said that my package did not included some tests because they changed the offer from end of June to beg of July. I will have my doctor call almost 2 months after my first visit at them just because of all the things that were lost or me trying to get my results back. I was very happy at the beginning of the journey with them but now I would not recommend them to any of my friends just because of all the bad experience I had.
