Experience: 5 stars. Michelle really cares, had expertise and also helped solve a problem. I’m on my 5th one of these and the results and staff are amazing. She was the best I’ve had in Wycombe and I’ve done 3 different locations.

App / communication / delay on results from head office vary a lot. Still not received my results a week later this time. App is awful for useability.

Stacie was professional and knows a lot about her field . I was glad it was her when I arrived for the appointment.

Terrible.
I wanted to do a private blood test instead of going through my GP, thinking it would be faster and you get more checked than a basic nhs blood test. However, the test kit that i ordered in April and sent back was apparently not tested in time so the sample was not usable. So they booked me an appointment to go in to a branch and give blood, which i did. That sample was also not tested in time so it was again invalid. So they then booked me another test, i went again this time they said they didnt take enough blood to do all of the checks/tests included in the kit i paid for. So i went again to give blood. Bearing in mind i have two kids so arranging to go into central london every time was difficult. This final test was done, but i did not get my results after a month, i contacted them and then received the results middle of August. So im not sure how valid these results are given a month had passed, did they test the blood in time i don’t know? It has taken them 5 months to get me the results. not a reliable company. Will not be using again.

Had the Everyathlete suite of tests at Randox Sandyford as it included all of the individual tests I needed. Marie the phlebotomist was well-organized and had a friendly, professional demeanor. The whole process smooth and relaxed.

I visited Randox Health in Canary Wharf this week to have blood tests done as part of my private HRT treatment, and I had a really positive experience.

Sarah was extremely helpful and professional. She explained everything clearly and helped me choose the correct blood test option based on the tests requested by my doctor. She also took my blood sample herself, and I honestly didn’t feel the needle at all!

Had a very pleasant blood drawer for the Female Hormone Test atGt Portland Street branch yesterday.
Roza (normally at St Paul’s) was particularly efficient but she was also friendly and happy to listen to my health concern.
The lady on the desk was also very helpful in sorting out a boxed test for my husband.
This is a very efficient clinic .

Staff were super friendly, polite and knowledgable. The service is best professional and quick - well worth it!

People make the difference and Roza Ryder ensured a great experience. She is intelligent and considerate, with great interpersonal skills, even selecting a vein that other phlebotomists have never used but she knew caused less pain. The facilities (@Great Portland St) were modern, clean and comfortable. This is how it should be done - perfect!
