Roza at Randox was lovely to deal with. She was kind, professional and made me feel at ease.

I attended the brand new Randox Health Centre in John Lewis Cheadle on the very first day of opening (which i never knew when I booked my appointment) for a blood test.
Facilities and staff all fantastic especially Estela and her colleague on reception when I arrived.
Its a great location with easy parking. Well done Randox and John Lewis for having this facility in your store Spa area.

Would give 0 if I could! DO NOT have any bloods taken by this scam company! They take your money and never deliver results, apparently results are available in 24hours from lab receiving, I’m currently on day 5 after lab received and no results, no customer service, no one wants to help you get your results, Keira was useless who I spoke to. I will be doing a charge back on my card as I haven’t received what I payed for. Go elsewhere for bloods, this company will be getting reported, they need looking into. I will be escalating this matter to UKAS regarding the laboratory service and CQC regarding the regulated diagnostic service.

Had a blood test today with Josh in Norwich. He was very informative with the procedure. The least painful blood test I’ve ever had! Thank you

Went in today and was very nervous. I didn’t really know what to expect. I was greeted by Josh and instantly felt at ease. Everything was explained and I felt relaxed. I’ve always had troubles with having blood taken before. This was painless and very, very easy.

I had a great experience at Randox Sandyford. Friendly welcome, no wait, and very professional. Marie did a fantastic job of collecting blood (needed quite a bit since I bought a Ranchip Insight 360). Painless, great chat, and fast. I have had lots of blood taken over the years, but this was definitely the best.
The reports were highly informative with great insights. They will act as objective guides for a healthier life. I’ll definitely be back for another round in a year’s time.

I had a great experience with Randox health in Sandyford, Dublin. Marie was very warm and comforting especially when taking blood tests so i could feel leat amount of discomfort. She made the whole process of taking the tests go with so much ease. Would definitely recommend someone looking to get their tests done and monitor their health.

Service was absolutely first class.
Have just had a test this morning at High St Birmingham clinic and I was seen within a minute of arriving.
Stacie explained every thing about the test, and the procedure was absolutely painless.
It's a very small price to pay for your possible future health.

Roza at St.Paul made me feel like I was just going for a coffee. The whole experience was fantastic and although she took many samples due to the extensive bloodwork analysis from Everyman package, I now can’t even find the point where she put the needle. Last time, I got a scar that last a few days for just a tiny test! Couldn’t be happier and feeling more lucky than meeting her today!

Beyond disappointed with the pre and post service from this company. The service at the John Lewis High Wycombe centre is the only reason this gets a star at all! Firstly, I booked and paid for an appointment, which unfortunately was approx 1.5 hours from my house. On the first appointment it wasn't until I was en route that I was sent an email telling me that the appointment would need to be moved. Annoying, but ok, we rebook and move on. Set off again a couple of weeks later to have bloods taken. Two weeks later I receive a call telling me that I would need to go back again and go through he whole process again due to an issue their side. I dont think these people realise what an emotional and scary process this is. People dont go for these tests lightly. they are considering the consequences and to receive a phone call saying that it was unfortunate is just annoying and frustrating. I will be asking for a full refund and will go elsewhere.

Why it takes u so long to issue the results(especially when it was done in clinic)U advertising yourself as reaults are ready in 2-3 days but first test results didnt came in at all and you could not find the reason of it for 4 days. After that i received an appointment at clinic and results are still not available!.
This is absolutely unacceptable ! I had an appointment with GP to discus results(wich you cannot provide in time) i had to change my medication after blood test and i needed the results with old prescription ( but you could not provide it) so medication changed and the new blood test will differ from second one( obviously u dont care)when i spoke with customer service how they will compensate this answer was spot on: "we can give you 10% discount" thx when i got 15% on my own.
Site is working poorly app is left handed made and at the top of that you charge premium prices for the test! Your competitors are much cheaper i ordered a much higher blood test profile wich at voy costed me with discount 25£ and u charge for everyman 416£ crazy.
The only thing that is working properly is money transfer on site(u are taking money easily but not providing services u promise).
Last time using your service.

Aleksandra at the Wigan H&B branch is an exceptional employee. Her communication prior to the appointment was top notch and she did everything she could to make the experience pleasant and easy.

Megan was friendly and made me feel at ease. Results were received quickly and were very informative

I had my blood test with Rubina in Manchester. She was brilliant and everything was quick as well as pain free :)

Miriam was very attentive and lovely, she explains the procedures, what to expect and what’s come next, so you don’t have surprises.

The whole process flows well and was quick and easy.

Special thank you to Miriam, as she needed to manage the busy front desk, walk in and appointments on her own yesterday due to staffing, she remain calm and collective and deliver great customer services.
