I was employed as an assembly operative…

I was employed as an assembly operative at Randstad with a 9-month contract, but I was unexpectedly laid off without any explanation or notice. I was called into the office and told to go home, leaving me without any support or guidance. This sudden termination has put a significant strain on my family and financial situation. I expected better communication and professionalism from a reputable company. I would not recommend Randstad based on my experience.

Working with Randstad has been amazing…

Working with Randstad has been amazing but most of all working with Sheryl she has always helped me whenever I needed, always answers my emails and calls straight away and never failed to help me find a job.
Randstad is such a good company to work with and they will do anything to help you.

False promises and fake work.

Time and time again I was promised labouring work, they've sent me to sites and there's been no jobs, they said I had jobs on a Friday just to not give me the postcode then when it comes to Monday that's has gone on for months, ill message asking and the jobs already been taken so I phone up and get a rude reply, meanwhile im not paying bills, spending money on travel from Margate to places like Canterbury, Whitstable, birchington etc... i really cant afford to be doing that, even got me to spend money on new ppe just to mug me off again, its not just this agency all agencies seem to be like it but 4 months ago I was living a good life no worries and now I'm in debt don't have work because I've been messed around so much and it actually drove me to a mental breakdown so for anyone who reads this please don't make this same mistake, there useless don't care about you and who it effect you, you'd think with comission and the money there on they'd be better at there jobs and maybe take a bit more care. i know you dont have to worry you earn money weather or not you get people work but not caring and messing people around and giving them false hope is not on, I'd actually sue them if I could completely ruined my life. Thank you!!!!!!!

A company that is not respecting the…

A company that is not respecting the practitioners that should represent on the market..knows nothing ..like ZERO (other than to express me "demands" from stupid bosses and companies)!!! Has no idea what my education on my resume is...what costs what..impacts practitioners more than you would actually earn anything .... does a mockery on you...makes YOU chase others and be in loss with money ...and then wants to make a living on my expensive education and 20 years of study with 8 academia in architecture...that is randstad in the continent.... a LOOSER!!! Your very welcome for the feedback. Also mini skirties are not compensating you shitting on MY LIFE WORK AND EDUCATION and wishing to make money on DESTROYING MY LIVING AND FUTURE with theor economic impacts and lazy attitudes!!! 😡😡😡😡 I do NEVER WANT TO SEE THESE LAZY LIERS EVER!!!! 😪

I was promised a role but this was bogus

I was promised a job with Optima Legal, but after a time-wasting several month boarding and interview and onboarding process, it became apparent that this offer was a bogus scam, or insincere at best.

My interaction with Rachel Brown...

My interaction with Rachel Brown over the phone when I called in to inquire about my application is what every customer would want. Her communication and willingness to listen patiently and direct me accordingly was top-notch. It was my first interaction with a representative of Randstad and she portrayed the image of the company very well. They have a wonderful treasure in Rachel, in their company. Kudos to her and Randstad.

I have now worked for Ranstad for 6…

I have now worked for Ranstad for 6 months and have yet to meet anyone from this faceless company. Communication is therefore all by Email and response times are painfully slow. Their holiday system is awful and requires you to contact them every time for a balanced, before you can book

Disorganised and Incompetent: A disappointing experience with Randstad

I recently accepted a nursing position through Randstad in Newcastle, but unfortunately, I had to resign after just four weeks due to their incompetence. The entire experience was extremely disappointing. The agency was highly disorganised and lacked the expertise needed to manage their responsibilities effectively. In hindsight, I wish I had trusted my initial instincts instead of giving them the benefit of the doubt. I can not recommend their services to anyone. The only thing they seemed proficient at was making excuses.

this company constantly send messages…

this company constantly send messages from different numbers so blocking them does not stop messages , also texting stop to the number given with the code they say use after 5 attempts does not stop messages, do not sign up unless you like being stalked , I have just emailed and given the inform that was in this review ie that you won't stop sending me messages from different phone numbers even though i have texted the stop number several times

Refer A Friend

Ive been on the Randstad Edinburgh books for over a year now .At the end of May this year i suggested to a former colleague he should apply for a position with Randstad.He went through the interview process and got a job. I have sent emails/ phone calls enquiring about the refer a friend scheme Randstad offer,and have heard nothing back from any of tge consultants i work with. Pretty poor way to treat an employee

I installed the Randstad app and was…

I installed the Randstad app and was working through the paperwork when I had a problem. I called every number in my area and left three messages. Not one response. Out of SEVEN calls altogether, I was sent to a call center in Mumbai or something because I couldn't understand a word. First, she had me on speaker and it never got better from there. Two hang ups later and I am so upset. If you're looking for work, I would not recommend Randstad!
