Rangeplus customer order

Delivery took awhile but it’s understandable at this time of year…usually arrives within 3days when not at busy times… overall a great company with very low prices, great packaging and a good customer service who kept me informed when i requested so…. Will definitely shop again and again. Thankyou rangeplus 🙂

Not successful

Disappointed I never received the order but was refunded in full. Hermes said they tried to deliver it but by the looks of their attempt, to the WRONG house. Hermes really are utterly useless.

After 7days with no communication from…

After 7days with no communication from Rangeplus I emailed them to find out what has happened, there reply was, an email had been sent with the delivery date. This did not happen I did not get an email they also stated my order should have been delivered. It was not so they authorised a refund which was received in 2 days. My view was that what I ordered was not available but they took my payment and hoped I would forget about it.

No stock control

Wouldn't use this company again. I have sensitive skin, and I ordered my regular moisturiser a few days before my supply was due to run out. Several days after the delivery window, I still hadn't had a dispatch notification - when I chased they said my order had been dispatched immediately (untrue since it never showed up) but then promptly refunded me - which is what the one star is for. However this really inconvenienced me as I had to order again from another supplier and use a backup product in the meantime which caused skin irritation.

Website was attractive and easy to…

Website was attractive and easy to navigate. Buying online was straight forward, with automated emails of account and order confirmation being received very promptly. However, order did not arrive and no dispatch email was received, with the order tracking saying that it was yet to be fulfilled. After allowing the standard delivery time to elapse the company was contacted. Don't use the chatbot. Emails to customer services were responded to promptly and courteously and a refund made. Rangeplus insist that the order was dispatched (despite lack of notification email) so I will be happy to pay if it ever arrives.
Have given 3 stars because the problem has been dealt with well. It's just disappointing that my first ever order with them has gone this way.

I got something that’s deferent from…

I got something that’s deferent from what I ordered. The products was the out of stocks I got reply from WhatsApp very quickly after reported it. I got refunded. Good service and other products were fine. Five stars for service and attitudes. Will buy from the again.
