Ordered one small item over a week ago and, according to the order number and chat on their website, has not yet been dispatched. I did email the company and have had a quick response but they said it was dispatched very quickly after placing my order and are blaming the "carrier"......so 2 completely different responses. I doubt I'll ever use them again and won't be recommending them.

Excellent service, goods arrived quickly and well packaged and I was kept informed of dispatch and delivery times. Nothing negative to say!

Parcel arrived in good time at a reasonable price.

Company never sent my order! They kept claiming they would update me with a tracking number, but never actually provided one. After a week and a half, I contacted PayPal to notify them of the problem. Then Range Plus claimed they couldn’t find my order in their warehouse and agreed to the refund. Complete scam!! Avoid this company and shop elsewhere.

Ordered 29th Jan. Despite alledged 2-3 days delivery time, have still not received by 5th Feb.

Very disappointed

First order and was quite pleased. Price was very good and packaging was excellent. Only down side was the length of time for delivery.

Glad I found this place. I love my Tassimo coffee maker but can no longer get the coffee pods in the US. Coffee was reasonably priced and shipped to US in one week. They charged me in USD so I didn't have to pay an exchange fee for the transaction. Will definitely order again.

I managed to buy a product I like that is no longer around and there is nothing comparable.

Rangeplus was very reponsive to an error in my order and immediately set about issuing a refund. Their customer service was extraordinary and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them often.

Great seller. Was not sure about the website at first. However, it was great, good experience and easy to use. The range of products was brilliant, definitely a suitable name for the company. Quick delivery and sold as described. Excellent comms. Trusted seller.

Ordered some things from this company and received confirmation that they would be sent tracked. Seven days later, not receiving them, I went into my account to find that the order status was still listed as 'processing'. I tried to call several times but no reply. I sent a message but got no reply. Kept trying to call over the next few days but always the same - no answer. I sent another message asking for my money back but got no reply. Again tried calling over several days with no reply. Eventually, three frustrating weeks after placing my order I sent a message threatening trading standards and legal action and only then did I get a reply telling me that my money has been returned but that they did post, which I do not believe and for which they sent me no evidence. This company is AWFUL. Do not use them.

The item I bought was an old product and not especially sought after. Whilst other outlets were charging excessive amounts, Rangeplus are selling a product based upon the cost to them and it's position in the market place. Delivery was at very modest cost and ordering was easy. Well packaged, it arrived quickly and on time. I have used them before and will do so again. Use, use, use!
