I contacted Rapid Mobility to just gain some information and I spoke to Warren, he was very informative and helpful. Unfortunately for me geographically he was unable to physically assist with my mum's dilemma, however he did everything he could to ensure I knew exactly what I needed, knowing he wasn't going to get any business from it! The least I could do as a thank you in return, was to leave a review, I would highly recommend him. Thanks again *****

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. Called at 9am on Saturday morning whilst on holiday and had a wheelchair delivered to our lodge and shown how to use it by 10am. Could not ask for a better service. Delivery/collection was included in the hire price which was very cheap.Was informed could leave the wheelchair in reception on Monday morning and they would collect. Would highly recommend.

From our first contact by phone to delivery of our two scooters to Monkey World the service provided was second to none. The scooters were in excellent condition and very easy to operate and the youg man whom we spoke with was as personable as they come, a thoroughly nice chap. Glad to hear my advice on visiting Cyprus was helpful and thank you so very much for the excellent service you provide.

Help and advice very good
Went here a few times picking their brains about mobility scooters they were very helpful and knowledgable to help me make the right decision for me. I’m very happy with my scooter and service I had, would definitely recommend.

We were on holiday at Weymouth...
We were on holiday at Weymouth and my mobility scooter fell apart on the penultimate day (To be fair it was 9+ years old). Rapid brought a hire wheelchair to our caravan park, arranged to collect it from reception when we were done with it, and also took the remains of my old scooter! Really nice, helpful, quick - thanks, guys!

we hired a scooter for the first time…
we hired a scooter for the first time from warren at rapid mobility , and they couldn't do enough for us , the whole team were amazing . We had a problem with our holiday booking that was nothing to do with them and they called around different places to try and help us with accommodation , they even brought the scooter late on the evening to help us out and offered to swap it for one day for my mom to go around monkey world . I really cannot put into words how amazing they were , the world would be a better place if all companies were like this !!! Nicola

I contacted Warren at Rapid Mobility as…Mrs Edwards
I contacted Warren at Rapid Mobility as we were travelling to Weymouth with Daish Coaches and staying at the Russel Hotel. He couldn't have been more helpful. The hire charge is very reasonable. I explained I'd like to go on some coach excursions and he recommended that on those days it'd be better to use the small travel scooter (which are permitted on the coach) and on other days use the medium size one which is perfect for getting around Weymouth. Everything worked smoothly, the scooters were in very good condition, and are worry free. Each night the scooters are kept safely and are fully charged. Each time I rang to swop the scooters I was treated in a friendly and professional manner. I would highly recommend Rapid Mobility Ltd.

What a great company. Had such a good laugh with these 3 brothers. They knew what I wanted, and they came up trumps. We drove all the way from Sherborne, to go to this shop. So glad we did. Will use them when ever I need something.
