I got a superior quality .9 carat natural diamond for the love of my life.. the only thing I've ever seen that sparkles more than the diamond I received from Rare Carat is her...I knew nothing about diamonds abd the many variables involved in grading them at the beginning of my selection and purchase...the many toolls, tips, and footnotes provided by Rare Carat all along the way were extremely helpful in helping me to make an informed decision about my purchase...I know a lot more than I ever thought I would know regarding diamonds and their grading/valuation...I am 100% certain that I received the absolute best quality diamond for what I was budgeted to spend...trust me when I tell you that I shopped around and did a lot of comparisons before I pulled the trigger on my Rare Carat putchase...I'd guesstimate that I saved at least 10% to 30% over the closest competitors and none of the other competitors were offering a natural stone that was even in the same ballpark as far as quality goes compared to what I got for my money at Rare Carat....I could have easily paid twice as much for a diamond of much lesser quality at many places ilooked...I got a .9 carat oval natural diamond, grade D, VS1, rare carat ideal cut, set in an 18k white gold basic no frills engagement ring for less than $2400...you'd be hard pressed to just buy a stone only like that for $3000 anywhere else...and I'll say ut again in case you missed it, this diamond sparkles so much it should have come with a pair of sunglasses so you dont blind yourself when you look at it in direct sunlight. .ive never seen stone put out the bling like the one I got from Rare Carat...my lady is in love with her ring...she tried to talk me down on my final choice but when I realized what I was going to get for my money from Rare Carat versus what I would've gotten if id gone anywhere else, I couldn't hit the buy now button fast enough.. honestly, I felt like I was stealing the ring in the end...thanks a million times Rare Carat for what you're doing in the diamond ring market... what matters most is what you get for your money and you guys have really left your competition far far behind...I think I probably ask more people if they've seen her new ring than she does because I love showing it to people and then telling them what a smoking hot deal i got it for...everyone is blown away when I tell them...keep doing what you're doing...it is working well...thanks again...DB

The ring came out beautifully; 18k gold is definitely the way to go. I was surprised by how big the stone looked; I got a 2.0ct oval. The fact that you can use Klarna to finance the rest was a big plus for me.

Fast, easy customizations, and transparent pricing.

This was one of the first rings I saw among 1000 options from multiple websites. But I always knew this was the one! My fiancé and everyone else LOVED this ring!

The Navigation and User experience is very good! I work on the Software dev industry and do UX design myself and I can attests that this company has smart developers.

They also are very good communicators and the customer service is top of the line.

In terms of Delivery, my only complain i with FEDEX. The Delivery guy did not knocked on my Door or rang the bell, I have him on Camera. I was in my house waiting for him and had to wait another 4 days.

Rare Carat offered changing the delivery method, but I decided to put a note on my door letting the guy know I was there

In fact, his advice was honest, practical, and focused entirely on helping me make the right choice. I was genuinely impressed that the CEO of the company was so personally involved and accessible.
With Ajay's guidance, I selected a 6-carat tennis bracelet in a 6.5-inch length. The ordering process was seamless, communication from the Rare Carat team was outstanding, and the bracelet was shipped almost immediately. The presentation was beautiful—a stunning outer box with an elegant jewelry box inside that made the gift feel even more special.
When my wife opened the bracelet on her birthday, her reaction told me everything. She absolutely loved it, and the happy tears confirmed that I had finally gotten a milestone birthday gift right after more than 30 years together.
There was only one problem: the bracelet was slightly too small.

We decided to move up to a 7-inch, 7-carat bracelet, and I was happy to pay the difference.
After Rare Carat received the return, I learned that the replacement would take longer than expected because of inventory availability. While I was disappointed, what happened next is what truly separates a good company from a great one.
I reached out to Ajay to express my concerns, and within minutes I received a call from a manager at Rare Carat. She listened carefully, understood my frustration, and immediately offered a solution that exceeded all expectations: they upgraded the bracelet to platinum at no additional cost and expedited the shipment.
The bracelet arrived exactly when promised, and my wife couldn't be happier. Seeing her wear it every day makes me smile, and the entire experience has left a lasting impression on me.
Rare Carat delivered a beautiful piece of jewelry, but more importantly, they delivered something increasingly rare today—exceptional customer service, genuine care for their customers, and a commitment to making things right.
