I ordered a puzzle from Rare Puzzles at the beginning of COVID and being that they are in Spain and I'm in the US I knew shipping time was going to be long. Jorge kept me updated along the way and I received my puzzle in about 6 weeks. It was a long wait but worth it because the particular puzzle I bought is discontinued. I'm very happy!

I recently completed the 5000 piece puzzle The Night Watch. I laid the puzzle out on panels which I could stack, allowing me to store away or take out whenever I felt like working on it. After a number of years I finished it and had one piece that was damaged and a second piece that was missing. I did a Google search hoping I could find another identical puzzle so that I could complete mine. I came across Jorge’s rarepuzzles site. Jorge had two copies of my puzzle and was able to provide the two pieces I needed at a very reasonable price. The pieces were a perfect match and after years of working on and off on my puzzle it is now complete. I live in the United States and was able to get the puzzle pieces I needed from Spain. Pretty amazing. I not only had a great experience but through numerous emails with Jorge feel like I made a new friend. Thanks Jorge.
