I almost don’t want to write a review so I can keep them as my own person secret but they deserve all the stars. I was gifted their Lucky ring as a Christmas present and I love it! Top quality including the cute packaging. Customer service is also excellent - we had to do a size exchange and they were super helpful. I have plans to purchase more and won’t be using any other jeweller. A really great modern brand doing their bit for sustainability.

Ordered two rings and both needed exchanging for different sizes and this was sorted so quickly and I was given regular updates. Such great customer service, so helpful and friendly, and felt very personal! The rings are beautiful!! Will definitely be ordering from Rat Betty again :)

Lovely individual jewelry and fabulous service. I ordered a triple stacker ring for my daughter for Christmas and it arrived really quickly, each gorgeous ring packaged in it's own canvas bag. Unfortunately it didn't fit (we had her finger measured at a jewellers). Millie was brilliant at sorting out the return and exchange. She sent a ring sizer and gave us information on how measure accurately (one size up for chunky rings), and even checked via a photo. The replacement rings arrived really quickly and I now have a delighted daughter who is getting lots of compliments from her friends

Stunning, unique jewellery from a fantastic company! I bought my daughter the triple stacking ring set as a Christmas gift and she absolutely loved them! I’m so pleased with the quality of the set and (with abit of help from an amazing team) they are a perfect fit! So, so, so happy with this purchase!

The customer service team helped with my order before, during and after. When I ordered the wrong size they resized and sent it back within a week.

Ordered the golden geezer ring as I had been obsessed for months! When it arrived it was ever so slightly too small so I contacted Rat Betty and spoke to Dan about getting it resized. His responses were super quick and helpful and within a week I had a new rings in my size that had been sent out by Millie. Overall I had a wonderful experience from a lovely team and I will definitely be buying from them again in the future!

I ordered the cowboy ring as a pinky ring for my boyfriend for Christmas, we've been obsessed with it for months so I decided to bite the bullet and what a great decision that was. Millie sent it out and re-sized it within 2 weeks which is just incredible and so appreciated considering it's holiday season!

I will definitely be coming back to Rat Betty every time, they're my new go-to; sustainable, funky and a super amazing customer service team who couldn't be more helpful & generally lovely.

Amazing quality jewelry and customer service. I had to send a ring back to get resized, my bad in the sizing department. The team turned it the resize around so quickly and kept me updated with shipping etc via email. Love my ring and had a great experience with the team. I'll buy more I'm sure.

Rat Betty is so cool as it offers such alternative pieces of jewellery. I cannot recommend a nicer jewellery brand. The jewellery is absolutely stunning. I have a few of their pieces which have such beautiful craftsmanship and attention to detail. I would choose anything off their website as it’s all so gorgeous. Millie has been amazing and so helpful. I’d emailed her about a pair of earrings as I was wondering if I could change the hoop style, she was more than happy to help and swap them for me which was a lovely gesture. They are so professional and personable which is so lovely to see these days. If you can support this gorgeous independent business then please do, you will definitely not be disappointed. They have such an amazing selection of rings, and the person I emailed to change the size (after I ordered the wrong one) was so helpful. The ring arrived today and it is so so cute, I love it!

I have purchased the high-quality rings from here before and the are all so unique and beautiful I decided to get one for my boyfriend. Sadly he told me the wrong ring size so I had to send it back and get a new one ,in the right size, in time for his birthday! The team that I emailed were very kind and attentive and made sure I did everything right (as I didn't really know what I was doing). I now have the ring and it is the perfect fit and the best birthday gift ever!!!

I got the '9-5 Ring' and it's incredibly well made from entirely sustainable silver so there's not much more you can ask for really, absolutely love it!!

I ordered the unlucky horseshoe ring and the small wonky flower for my pinky. I am so in love them them both! The quality is amazing and the packaging is cute. Both rings arrived in the time frame given, although the wonky flower was a bit too small, I sent it back to resize and the service was brilliant. They got in contact straight away and got my ring size changed and sent back in under a week! Couldn’t be happier :) thanks guys!

Made a mistake on the sizing, did a return and replacement. It all happened in under two weeks, so excellent.

Dan and Millie are an example of truly skilled, devoted and ambitious silversmiths. I contacted them for their classic RAT ring, something that’s utterly unique and original. The sentiment behind the ring is the same niche of their craft - after the pet rat named Betty. This ring I think meant a lot for Rat Betty and myself, after the mutual respect for rats!
I purchased the RAT ring for my older brothers 30th birthday. Rats are like a family emblem of authentic character and a way of endearment for us. Something that’s makes us smile.
My brother LOVED the ring, and I’m seriously astonished how perfectly the ring fit. His little finger is size ‘N’, and man oh man it looks so cool.
Millie was understanding, enthusiastic and good hearted to arrange for me to collect the ring within a short amount of time. Rat Betty usually ship their products out with a quick turn around for shipping but made a very chill acceptation for my request. The quality of character from Millie was really appreciated. She made my big bros ring within a crazy small time period, she must have worked really hard. There is not a flaw to be seen with the ring, it’s really an example of a next level artist. Dan was a friendly and considerate guy who really came from a place of genuine kindness. He was down to earth and thorough with emailing and answering my queries. Collecting the ring was no issue at all. I feel so grateful to have asked this insanely cool team of cool cats (or rats), to help give my brother an awesome gift he’s gonna treasure.
