Amazing and thoughtful. Went out of their way unasked to help with a return so that it would arrive before I went away.

Amazing customer service! Dan was very helpful making sure I had the right size when I wanted to change it. Said it might take 2 weeks but got the new size within a couple of days.

Love the ring. Great quality. Can't wait to get the full stack.

I bought two rings from Rat Betty after long admiring their jewellery - just want to say how incredible both pieces are, neither me or my partner want to take them off!

The quality is incredible and the customer service was faultless. One of the rings was the wrong size (entirely my fault) and Dan was so kind and got everything sorted way faster than I imagined, thank you!

Overall cannot fault a single thing, I'll definitely be buying again!

10/10 - this was my first time buying a ring. I got a ring sizer but of course I got the size a little wrong (face palm).

I emailed them and sent the ring back. Dan was really friendly and professional and did a fantastic job about not making me feel stupid for my mistake.

Dan told me the ring would be changed and back to me in 2 weeks. It was back in 1! Result!

Also, the ring looks amazing by the way and the quality is spot on.

Such a lovely company. I got the sizing wrong on my order and they exchanged it incredibly quickly, and were super helpful. The rings are even more beautiful in real life than on the website, I never take them off.

I've ordered from Rat Betty a couple of times now. You can always trust these guys for quality jewellery and customer service. I ordered something for my partner which didn't fit (no fault of theirs) and they went above and beyond to make it right. Recycled silver, beautiful jewellery and a real person at the other end of an email, what more could you ask for ❤❤

On top of all that the Ratbetty team were fantastic to deal with. Initially I ordered my ring too small, and they made exchanging it a total breeze. So much quicker than I expected, they were really helpful with sizing too. The new one fits like a glove and I don’t plan on taking it off ever.

When I purchased a ring recently for my mothers 50th birthday (which unfortunately didn’t fit) they were happy to exchange this for a new size and included a lovely personalised note upon return.

We ordered a ring as a 21st birthday present and ordered the wrong size (don’t use the string and tape measure method). Dan could not have been more helpful and ensured the correct sized ring was received before the big day. We will definitely use this company again.

The customer service team are so helpful. After ordering a lucky star ring which was too small I ended up exchanging it twice for the next size up. The team were so good at helping me arrange this. Note if you're buying a chunky ring size up!
