I've ordered from them a few times and have always been super happy with the products and the overall experience! I recently ordered a ring which was slightly too small so got in touch and Dan was super helpful, I sent the ring back for resizing and received the new ring within a couple of days! Cannot recommend them enough!

Small Wonky Flower Ring
I ordered the small wonky flower ring and I love the design. Unfortunately the ring needed to be resized, but Dan was amazing at responding to my exchange request and also managed to get the new ring back out to me really quickly!

Ordered two rings from them, one didn’t fit. The whole process of exchange went smoothly, they were fast to respond to my emails and even manage to exchange my ring faster than it was supposed to. Love the rings and can’t wait to order from them again!

These guys are absolutely incredible! Had a few issues with my local delivery office and Rat Betty have been nothing short of incredible in helping me with the order. Ordered the wrong size and once I sent that one back they sent me the correct size I needed the next day! 10/10 service, 10/10 products. Quality, service and correspondence was EXCELLENT! I’d been wanting to buy a ring from Rat Betty for ages and was so excited when it arrived (it looks majestic!!).
