Fantastic Customer Service!
When I ordered the ring I didn't notice the delivery info so panicked when I realised the ring would arrive too late. Customer services solved the problem and the ring was delivered on time. Phew. I really felt valued as a customer. Thank you Rat Betty.

-the quality of the jewellery is amazing, i ordered a ring, its as pictured, as described, and stylish as heck!
I would much rather buy from Rat Betty than any other brand or fast fashion brand, and I would rather pay a higher price for this kind of jewellery selection!

I purchased a ogling skull charm necklace for my grandson. It arrived quite quickly, I open it to make sure it was what I had ordered. I was shocked to find a tiny tiny skull on a chain, it was so small at first I couldn't find it, it was in a cloth bag I thought they not had sent it. I am very disappointed and feel this is overpriced for what it is.

Customer service is good and quick. My first ring was too small which I contacted about and I was advised I should size up on the chunkier rings and in fairness it does say that on the website if you choose to click on the sizing info section which I did after. However I feel surely the ‘chunkiness’ should be on the outside of the ring to make sure they are true to size to avoid this happening as I had to send it back which cost me £7+. The replacement ring I received was not as nice as the first one as some of the letters are very faint/haven’t been indented properly which is a shame and has made it look low quality. I haven’t contacted rat Betty about the 2nd ring as I’ll have to pay another shipping fee to return it.

The ring looks amazing, it's perfect! I got the wrong size at first, but now it's great. I had issues with the postal service when I returned the 1st one but, Rat Betty customer service was so helpful and even though it took some time the issue was resolved.

Lovely products, high quality and super helpful and friendly customer service. Helped me find my perfect ring size after needing to return. Will definitely be purchasing more pieces from them.

Phoebe was so helpful and got my ring fixed super fast when the stone unfortunately broke!
I wear my Rat Betty rings every day and get so many compliments.

RatBetty has got to be one of my best customer service experiences - I'm not really a review writer at all, but felt compelled to do so! They reply extremely quickly, they are super super friendly in their emails, and when I messed up a ring sizing and a returns order, they were incredibly understanding and cooperative (thank-you Phoebe and Dan)! The products themselves are really high-quality, and are packaged in a beautiful and thoughtful way that makes receiving them feel like a real treat. Worth the money and an all-round great experience:)

Amazing customer service! I ordered the ‘Rat’ ring and it arrived quickly and I loved it but it was too large. I emailed customer service and Phoebe very quickly responded to me with details on how to do an exchange. My new ring arrived quickly and it’s perfect, very happy :)

Great customer service! I ordered their iconic horseshoe ring and then emailed them on a Sunday evening asking if there was any way I could receive the order sooner since I was due to go away soon. Phoebe replied first thing on Monday morning assuring me that she'd try her hardest to expedite my order. Just four days later the ring was delivered (it's my third piece and I love it!).

I highly recommend Rat Betty. Their jewellery is original and comes immaculately presented, they have a strong ethical commitment and offer perfect customer service. Other companies need to take note...

I ordered my sister a ring for her birthday not realizing it wouldn’t come in time (my fault). So i emailed them and Phoebe replied straight away to me saying she would do her best to get it to her on time even know it didn’t leave much time. It then got delivered the day before my sister’s birthday. Amazing service and the “sister” ring is beautifully made.

I never found my ring that Royal Mail delivered but Phoebe was very helpful in resolving this issue and was always fast at responding to me emails 😊

I have bought a few rings/ necklaces over the years and the items still look new. From the packaging to the service I am blown away.

I recently lost a chain and they were prompt and friendly when sending out a replacement. Couldn't recommend enough!

Incredible customer service from initial inquiry right through to final delivery. Dan was quick to answer emails and was very helpful in answering all my questions, particularly those around a small custom aspect of buying the ring. International delivery to Canada was very fast, and the ring is beautiful in the metal, somehow it looks even better in person than on the website! Can't wait to buy again in the future and would highly recommend Rat Betty as a company!

Beautiful hand finished ring purchased for my daughters birthday. Not sure what my daughter was looking at when she measured her finger resulting in me ordering the wrong size. I emailed Rat Betty to explain. Dan was amazing help, advised how to return and was really helpful and quick to respond to emails.Fantastic customer service and beautiful, funky jewellery.

I bought two beautiful rings from rat betty after admiring the brand for some time!! (previously bought a necklace which I don’t take off!) I ended up exchanging one of the rings for a bigger size and the customer service was amazing, everything ran super smooth from finding the correct size, to the delivery of my new ring which came way quicker than expected!
Phoebe and Dan were both so helpful and made my experience great!!
