I heard about Rat Betty from a streamer that I watch on Twitch who always has the most awesome jewelry. I purchased one ring a while ago, and recently purchased the “Unlucky” horseshoe ring. When I got the ring, I didn’t really like the sizing - it looked way too big for the intended finger. I emailed Rat Betty and they were very responsive and offered an exchange - to which I agreed to under the condition I would have to pay to have the ring shipped back to the UK (I’m from the US) - that wasn’t a problem. They sent out a replacement ring as soon as they got the one I was exchanging, and I love it so much! The Rat Betty team is awesome, responsive, and very helpful.

I have always loved RatBetty products and have had my eye on the face stack rings for a few years now. I recently been fortunate enough to purchase both the mouth and the nose and I am delighted with them! The customer service was quick, kind and very helpful! The products themselves are incredibly high-quality and gorgeous!

I recently bought the wonky flower necklace from RatBetty. And I'll just say this much; I love it! I wear the flower all day, every day and never take it off.

THE BEST RINGS OUT there and they have amazing customer service. I own two rings from rat Betty and have just ordered three more (two for myself, one for my girlfriend). One of the two rings I already own I’ve owned for two years that I’ve worn almost every single day and it looks brand spanking new. The other I bought last year (the pinky heart lip ring) and I always get compliments on it. My new tradition is to buy myself a ring from rat Betty for my birthday. The latest rings this year I bought for my birthday I had to size up as the fit wasn’t perfect so I reached out to rat betty’s customer service and the customer service was PHENOMENAL they couldn’t be more helpful. Also not to mention rat Betty is hella sustainable. Honestly I love rat Betty and everyone should support them. You’re the coolest Rat Betty thank you for your service in giving me the sickest rings around!

Love love love! I was recently bought a ring as a gift and needed to exchange for a size up, the team were so super helpful and exchanged the ring with ease, even helping by sending a ring sizer out whilst waiting for my returned piece to reach them.

After receiving a beautiful piece as a gift, I needed to exchange for a new size. The team were incredibly helpful, keeping me informed and exchanging promptly with 24 hour tracked delivery. The team were lovely and kept me up to date throughout the process.

My partner ordered me the Unlucky Horseshoe Ring for christmas and unfortunately it was slightly too small. We were worried about exchanging the ring as she was slightly outwith the returns policy but after emailing the team we were told that it was absolutely no problem and that they would happily swap the ring for us. I am a ring obsessed lady with a lot of rings, and I absolutely LOVE my ring from RatBetty - it is easily my favourite one yet! I ordered the Sad Eyes Chunky Ring and it is totally gorgeous. It is made so beautifully and is truly everything it looks like on the website. I had an issue with my size (as I didn’t read the item description on the website that said to size a few sizes up as it’s a chunky ring), and Dan handled it so well. He was super friendly and happy to help me. He gave me advice on how to size my finger and recommended a ring sizer for me to buy. I sent over photos and he recommended the ring size I should choose and it fits perfectly. He also helped me return the package. Phoebe was also so lovely with keeping me informed on when my package was sent off and sending the tracking information to me. It was well worth the wait! I will 100% be saving up to buy my new ring, but rest assured the money is worth it! Thank you so much everyone at RatBetty!

We bought the chequered head necklace for a Christmas pressie. It arrived without any problems. Unfortunately the chain got broken within a week. I emailed Rat Betty about getting the chain repaired. Phoebe from Rat Betty came back to me and said they would replace the chain. I was already pleased with her response but I then asked if we could get a 20 inch chain instead of the original 18 inch. Phoebe agreed to do that without question. What great customer service and brilliant products. Will definitely buy from this company again.

I was bought a ring for Christmas but unfortunately did not fit, but the Rat Betty team made the exchange process so easy and I felt like I was in safe hands every step of the way! Every team member I emailed was extremely helpful and friendly; I never felt in the dark about how they were getting on as they always kept me informed. So nice to feel like I was speaking to actual people too! Not to mention they have great products - I love my ring so much!

Excellent company … ordered a ring which arrived in a timely manner but sadly didn’t fit (my fault) .. contacted Rat Betty and sent the ring back for re-sizing .. they were super helpful and no extra charge.. would highly recommend… now have 2 of their rings and planning a 3rd .. thank you
