Amazing company that produces beautiful jewellery and communicates really well with their customers!

It took a while to arrive, but since it was made upon order it is understandable. However, the loop on the pendant broke after only 1, 5 months of wear. A shame since it was a gift and wasn't that cheap…

Personally I own two rings from rat betty and a necklace. The quality is amazing and you can tell that the jewelry are made with lots of love and the designs are really unique. Also it's really important that the jewelry are not only sustainable but also ethically made. Honestly, marvelous work and congrats to the team that are making these unique piecies!

My boyfriend got me a ring for my birthday but unfortunately size was too big so wrote to customer service asking if I could get i resized. Phoebe has been the best, super quick reply and been very helpful with the sizing. Received my resized ring and could not be happier. Thank you so much, highly recommend!

Lovely ring , beautifully made and posted next day delivery after being made , which was less than three weeks .perfect.

When I ordered, like an idiot, I didn’t check the size guide and ordered the wrong size so I emailed to try and change my order. Phoebe got back to me straight away and was really helpful and corrected my order. When the ring came the packaging was great, the quality of it is great and it fits perfectly - very happy with it and will definitely buy from here again!
