Amazing product with great service
Amazing product with great service. I needed a special sized ring, which they made me no issue, however the size didn't fit as anticipated, so decided to go for a bigger one and they responded instantly, were super friendly and helpful with everything that I needed.

Fantastic customer service
Beautiful hand made jewellery and amazing customer service. I received a ring for Christmas and needed to exchange for a new size. Phoebe responded very quickly and was really helpful to ensure my new size fit perfectly. Couldn't have had a better experience, or love my new ring more!!

Very happy with the ring! Lovely team, beautiful design and nice packaging. It was actually a gift and I ordered by mistake the wrong size but the exchange process was super smooth and we even got help via mail to make sure we ordered the right size the second time around.

I've received two pieces from Rat Betty, and am SO impressed with both the jewellery received, and the lovely, helpful customer service. I requested a quick turnaround for a present for a friend, and they made sure it arrived in time, and were super lovely! Plus the necklace was absolutely beautiful. Then received a ring as a gift myself, and again had the loveliest customer service, and lots of patient help with sizing changes and queries. Couldn't recommend more for high quality, beautiful chunky silver jewellery and as a lovely company to interact with :)

Arrived perfectly and quickly but was too small for my daughter. Customer services were great, kept need updated and went above and beyond. Fabulous company and we love the ring now we have the bigger size.
