Ordered a beautiful Cambridge Corner sofa and table, very quick communication regarding earliest delivery slot. Set arrived, extremely good quality rattan furniture, and the cushions are very comfortable. Sadly there was one sofa section missing from the box but David arranged a redelivery after sending photos and explaination of problem. We now have the complete set and we're offered a complimentary side table with wine bucket as compensation for the issue regarding missing item and scratch to the glass on the table top. Very happy customer and great service. Thank you David 😊

Furniture is truly amazing we are so so happy with it and customer service from David was perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better service would highly recommend this company.

We loved the furniture bought from the company but had an issue with 2 pieces. David was very helpful and the issue was dealt with very quickly and the 2 pieces replaced without question. Great customer service

What a superb company. Excellent products and outstanding customer service. We had issues with DBX the delivery company who are a disgrace BUT David at Rattan Furniture fairy went above and beyond to make up for this. He is certainly a brilliant asset to the company and I could not recommend more highly. The furniture is beautiful and looking forward to using it for many years to come.

The communication from David about my order was excellent as were the delivery men, who were so lovely and helpful and made sure everything was perfect. Products are great. We got sunbeds and u-shaped sofa. It looks fantastic

There are qualities that make a company, and those really surround what happens when things go wrong and unfortunately this company fails on all counts.

We purchased, in 2018 a Maze Rattan 6 Seater Table and Chairs (currently being sold for circa £2000) which was promoted as being made with the finest quality materials, the pinnacle of luxury, weatherproof and neededing no specialist care other than a wipe down periodically and for added peace of mind came with a 5 year warranty.

Well, at the start of this summer we noted a severe degredation in the rattan weave beneath our table glass to the point where the expansion and contraction caused by the warm weather started to cause strands to simply crack and then snap which given the outlay, was a moment for feeling sick for us. Like most big spends you'd expect more life than 4 years out of it.

Alas, we have a warranty we thought but unfortunately David has washed is hands of this pointing out its a structure only warranty and if youre unsure what structure means, according to David it is the aluminium frame. The extent of the warranty has seemingly been updated with very specific terms which simply did not exist when we took screenshot at the time of purchase.

He kindly offered replacement weave for us to reweave the table however as this was a moving feast with daily new degredation and we are no experts we rejected that offer and sadly our response to his offer was the end of his communications with us despite us evidencing his websites promotion of the set being the absolute best quality and all weather, our screen shot of the original advert, subsequent website updates made since our purchase and our rights under the Consumer Rights Act specifically around quality and durability, which is shameful.

So here is the low shot. If you want to pay a premium price for all weather garden furniture that is cheaply manufactured chinese tat, with no meaningful warranty, that each year you need to wipe away rust marks from due to rusting staples used to pin the rattan to the alu frame, one that will start to fall to bits after 4 years with zero ownership from the retailer or manufacturer then grab yourself a Maze Rattan set from Rattan Furniture Fairy, alternatively you could go grab a set for a 10th the price from B&M home bargain and accept it for what it is, and one that you'll likely have to replace year on year but still be financially better off.

Honestly it doesn't sit right when you pay for what is promoted as top quality and you get trash.

The delivery was on time as advised even with big wait times during the pandemic. Good after-sales experience as I’ve had a couple of problems with the Maze furniture which David and the team have liaised with them and resolved for me.

Ordered our furniture in March delivery was due middle May in time for my daughters wedding in our garden but nothing heard or received and I had to contact to find out when arriving, no response on phone no one ever answered so emailed and received curt reply to say now June so date in June came and went no contact so again I contacted company to be told now July date in July came and went so contacted again to get another date. Very poor customer service. We appreciate there are delivery issues going on but if I had been kept up to date with progress would have accepted this but began to think this was a scam and was getting quite concerned about money I had parted with in March and when did contact company very curt replies no apologies. Then when delivery was arranged requested me to book delivery day of my choice which I booked then this was moved to a different day that wasn't convenient without consulting us. Finally goods arrived all in good order but wouldn't use again purely on poor customer service.

We did a lot of online browsing in January and fell in love with the "Maze Rattan Oxford Deluxe Large Corner Sofa Dining Set with Armchair".
After reading the reviews we decided to order from here.
I was a bit of a pain and asked David lots of questions but he replied immediately.
He kept me up to date with the order and and then the delivery.
The furniture arrived as promised in May. The Banana Parasol arrived as promised early in July.

The delivery guys were also fabulous and their tracking updates were spot on.

The quality of the furniture is outstanding and it is stunning. I am so happy with it♡

I can't fault David's personal service and I have already recommended the company to my friends and family.

Came across rattanfurniturefairy website back in February this year. Loved the website and the range of goods on offer and their competitive prices. I googled for reviews and was happy with the experiences that others had from this company. I emailed the company asking for some questions and I had and got an immediate response from David. Speed of the response is always a good sign of a good company. I placed the order for the MAZE RATTAN WINCHESTER 6 SEAT OVAL ICE BUCKET DINING SET WITH VENICE CHAIRS AND LAZY SUSAN + PARASOL. The delivery took time to come but all the way along David kept me informed of the delays and apologies for the delay. The goods arrived a few weeks back with the poor weather I only got a chance to put it together this week just in time for the awesome weekend we are about to have. The quality of the table and chairs were more than I expected and I would recommend anyone to buy this set. Top marks to David for all his help and advice. Top marks for build quality and price. Keep up the good work. One very happy customer.

Would happily recommend Rattan Furniture Fairy . Goods received . Delivered Professionally .An extended delivery time during a pandemic , suez canal and basically everyone wanting Garden furniture was to be expected.However the furniture was worth the wait. Far superior to anything readily available.

We ordered a Half Moon garden furniture set from Rattan Fairy and was told that the expected delivery date would be at the end of April.

However, when April came and went, we became slightly concerned as we had several important family events scheduled and so we contacted David.

To his credit, he was always good at responding and explained that the importers were having issues with bringing in furniture due to the post Brexit paperwork and also the effects fo C19.

It was disappointing, but how could we blame him - well, we didn't and to his credit the furniture arrived earlier this week and I can only say that it was worth the wait.

It was brilliantly wrapped and packaged and when we eventually got all the packing off (!), and assembled the furniture, it was really excellent.

We can't blame David for the delay - it is what it is, but in the end we got there and as I say, the final product was well worth the wait and so we'd have no hesitation in recommending him and his company.

I ordered the Maze Rattan Texas 8 seater dining set in 2019 which is excellent but this year the lazy susan broke in a storm so we needed a replacement.

We contacted Rattan Fairy and David was extremely helpful in getting a replacement to us. It arrived well packaged and the dining set is looking great again.
