honestly i was a little unsure buying as i always check trust pilot but there were only a few reviews, well i was totally wrong to be sceptical. David has excellent customer service, i ordered a day bed set, it was delivered within 7days by a 2 man team who put it straight in my garden for me. it was pre-built (thank god! :) ) quality is exceptional. have already reccommended to family. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPOINTED :)

I've been looking for some rattan furniture for months (I was very specific about what I wanted) I came across this company who had just the thing - Chelsea Lifestyle Suite - so i sent a quick 'chat' to them, David answered the chat immediately and confirmed they had what i wanted in stock :) within 45 mins i'd placed the order and got a delivery date of 6 days later - AMAZING!!! MXL contacted me straight away to confirm the date of delivery and two days ago they gave me a time slot which was 100% spot on when they came today, the delivery drivers were lovely guys, very friendly and professional. I'm so pleased with my furniture, such very good quality and even got a free winter cover.

We ordered The maze rattan oxford Casual dining set with rain cover, Communication from the start was spot-on received within 10 days we were so over the moon With the set we decided to order the umbrella to go with it, same again communication was spot-on both from David and the delivery companies Would definitely order again and would definitely recommend to a friend

I recently bought a sofa set from Rattan Furniture Fairy. When it arrived I was delighted it was just as pictured. Unfortunately one of the back legs of the sofa was bent. I contacted the firm and after sending photos was assured of a replacement. This arrived today and I now look forward to a very loungy summer......

I ordered the beautiful Maze Rattan Venice sofa set & cover on the Friday and it arrived the following Thursday, although the cover didn’t arrive with the furniture, this was soon rectified by David and all arrived well within the expected delivery time.
Communication was excellent and very prompt throughout from David.
I also received regular updates from the delivery company MXL Delivers with my allocated date & time.
My items arrived well packaged with very little assembly required.

We are very delighted with our Rattan Furniture and with the service from David.
We opened the chair boxes and the table box before the delivery guys left so ensure everything was ok. Unfortunately we didn't check out the lazy susan until after the guys had left when we found it was chipped. I contacted David and he was right on the ball - asked for photographs and agreed with the damage and ordered a replacement. He then kept in touch until the replacement lazy susan arrived . Excellent service. Thank you.

I just wanted to say "Thank you" for an excellent service & thought that I would give you some feedback.

My Maze Oxford ratten bistro set was delivered at 11 am today even though I only placed the order 2 days ago on Wednesday afternoon. Living on the far west coast of Wales I was expecting a long delivery time.The delivery guys rang me to let me know they would arrive in 20 minutes which was much appreciated. They carried the parcel to the back of my house & put in the exact place I wanted. They were courteous & polite.

So, within 48 hours of ordering my new ratten furniture, which is even better than it looks in the photo, was sitting on my patio.

If I am looking for any further garden products I will not hesitate in coming back to you.

Excellent company, from start to finish first class customer service (David), very quick to respond to questions and keeps you updated through the whole process. Delivery was promised within the 15 days which arrived and on time which was great. Good quality Rattan furniture. Would highly recommend.

Delivered on time and although there was a slight problem it was recified and a replacement sent within days. Furniture semms a good quality and looking forward to getting out in the garden and using it soon.

This is an excellent company to deal with. I was able to live chat with Dave on the website and he was able, and willing, to deal with all my questions.
I was kept advised at every stage of the delivery process and the furniture and parasol we bought are really good quality. The added complication of lockdown didn’t seem to be a problem.

We ordered the Oxford corner sofa set with armchair. The quality of the furniture is excellent and we are very happy with it. The only reason we gave it 4 and not 5 stars is due to the furniture not being delivered on the first agreed date. The non-delivery was not a real issue, unfortunately though the company MXL never contacted us at all to inform us they would not be delivering. They did however arrange to deliver a week later and we were their first drop off which was great. We found any necessary communication withDavid from Rattan Fairy was easy and quick.

Ordered and delivered quickly. There were a couple of issues. They were very responsive and dealt with them quickly. Would recommend and use them again.

Ordered corner sofa dining set that was on preorder. Communication of expected dates was good and delivered about a week after came into stock.

Delivery firm was excellent, called when 40 minutes away and helpful.

Would 100% recommend and use the company again. Also was a good price for the furniture.

Patio furniture arrived on the day it was scheduled to even in these very difficult times and we are so very pleased with it. I am sure we will have many happy hours on it this summer - and for many years to come. Great quality and great service. Thank you David for the updates and all your help.

Good quality rattan furniture set also looks good in the garden we ordered this furniture during covid19 due to spending more time at home and in garden did not expect to get it for a couple of weeks due to the Covid but here we are sitting on the new furniture 4 days after ordered first class company and first class delivery service would highly recommend this company to anyone thanks rattanfurniturefairy 👍😊

We recently purchased the Winchester Chelsea Lifestyle Suite. David was very helpful during the process. Cannot say enough how much I appreciate the prompt and professional customer service. Delivery was exactly as specified even when ordering the Friday of a bank holiday weekend, not to mention Covid-19. The furniture is absolutely beautiful! The quality is second to none.
