Ordered a furniture cover but selected the wrong size - product looks fine but just wanted to return as I knew it wouldn’t fit - very good customer service re return.

We pre-ordered the ’MAZE RATTAN VENICE SOFA DINING SET WITH ICE BUCKET & RISING TABLE’ and absolutely love it! The quality is great and it came well on time. We spent a long time searching for the perfect fit for our garden and this has definitely delivered. Also, we did have a slight error with part of the item delivered (it happens) but the service in resolving the issue was excellent and immediate. The positive experience of the customer service far outweighs the error, which is the only reason for mentioning it.

Would not recommend, the furniture cover did not fit our set, despite being advised by them it would and then they took delivery money off our refund but the item had free delivery! Terrible customer service.

I purchased the maze corner dining set. I was nervous of ordering as I had not heard of this company before. All my correspondence with David was positive. The delivery guys great. The furniture well exceeded my expectations I am so pleased. The colour and the quality is super and completely different to anything I have seen elsewhere
The only thing this company need to improve upon is tracking of orders on the website however as I have mentioned every email sent to the company were responded to promptly and politely.
Now to have a look at what else I can order so I would definitely recommend purchasing from here

Maze Rattan Seville Sofa Set - Absolutely LOVE my set, delivery was a long wait but given the circumstances we have been in with pandemic, David handled my order well and answered any questions I had. I would definitely buy from them again. The furniture is very well made and I love how it all fits together and doesn't take up too much room. Thank you!

Ordered this in March for delivery late April. Kept up to date at all times by David. Could not be happier with our purchase. Arrived a bit later than said (18/05/21) but understand these things happen due to Covid. We ordered at the right time.

Ordered a Oxford maze sofa and table set at the end of March with a delivery date of end April, was abit nervous about whether it would be available by then. Got an e mail from David on 25th April saying it was on its way but there was an issue with high winds at Felixstowe. Anyway it was delivered yesterday so I don't think that's too bad considering the high demand for outside furniture at present. The furniture is very good quality and I am looking forward to using it.

The furniture arrived on time, it may have been a week earlier than expected. It is of excellent quality, exceptionally comfortable and the configurations are perfect for our needs. Thank you very much, a great product.

We have a south facing garden and needed a quality day bed. We found the most perfect daybed.It was delivered quickly and when unwrapped it was better than we thought. And to top the lot, the draw in the middle is perfect for our little dog Tallulah, she loves it . The pull up canopy doesn't hit your head. David was so very helpful in sending us a new weatherproof cover. Weathers good this weekend and will be sunning ourselves. Photo to follow. Good service. Hi, leaving this review as it's clear that the 2020 mass staycation has turned the garden furniture sector into some kind of cash grab with half the actual furniture still on the docks in China and i was a bit worried about buying from a small online-only company.

I bought a Maze banana parasol, i really liked the design, it was the only one I could find in stock anywhere (used the online chat to confirm) and it was more expensive than others listed online, presumably for that reason. Anyway, i got confirmation within 36 hours from a courier called MXL, saying they'd deliver within a week, a text last night to say they'd be with me at 7am (they were), and it's now built in the garden and is exactly what I wanted. So, thank you....
