My package that I mentioned in my previous comment arrived today. Superb, fast an very close to the customer. Every e-mail I sent received an answer in maximum 24 hours. Superb !

I was cautious after some negative reviews but I purchased a Garmin fish finder at 20% off and it was a great experience. The guys in the Steenwijk store were knowledgeable, friendly and had a real passion for fishing. I definitely walked out feeling that it was a great shopping experience. Highly recommended.

First I had to ask where my order was as I did not hear anything, then I hear what I ordered is not available. I changed one thing that was available. Nothing was traceable via the track and trace. I received a post nl, track number and it arrived with ups.
Then I received my package and both rods were broken. Now I'm trying to find out how to send it back. Post nl say it too long, ups say they need a barcode which I don't have.
Your website only talks about post nl??
I'm sorry to say but the service has been really bad and it's still not over yet. I can also say I'll never order from your website again or ever recommend it to anyone.

I ordered a bivvy overwrap and a bivvy light and some pva hook foam.
the delivery stated one week and 2weeks later still nothing, no email,no phone call, so i call them only to be told the light is not available anymore, we agree to refund the light and send the bivvy wrap and foam straight away. a few days later I only receive the foam. so I call them and they tell me that the bivvy is showing in stock but its not in stock.... and some one will email me to let me know when it will arrive. no one has emailed me. so nearly 3 weeks later and 125 euros spent all I have to show for it is a bag of pva foam.
do your self a favour guys and don't use this company. poor customer service and items they sell on their website may not even be in stock.
#update it's been over 3 weeks now and still no bivvy wrap and they are not replying to my emails.

Raven Hengelsport is just AWESOME!
Everything I ordered was quickly delivered, even if they didn't have it on stock.
Every time I asked questions online (messenger) I was answered quickly as well, and in a very professional and polite way.

As I am not a Dutch speaker, it is great that they answer back in English.

Will keep on ordering from them.

PS: Make sure you subscribe to their newsletter, great promotions there. And if you don't need any tackle (that is almost impossible for any angler!) you will for sure enjoy looking at the top gear they have to offer.
