I'd definitely recommend raymears.com. I bought some Sealskinz waterproof socks from them, which were competitively priced and the express delivery charges were reasonable. They arrived very quickly and were well packaged.

Purchased the Rouge hat in a bag as a everyday working hat,
I have found it to be very comfortable and dont want to take it off, it handles rain very well indeed. The only drawback is it does not have a chin strap so you need to watch out for wind gusts. This is a real quality hat recommend it totally.

For years I have had my eye on one of the beanies sold by Ray Mears. I finally purchased one. This beanie is fantastic! The wool/opossum blend is incredibly warm, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality. The shipping was incredibly fast. equipment, it is just not worth the hassle of being generally let down by something or disappointed with the product.

I contacted Ray Mears Bushcraft store/ woodlore in regards to some very hard to come by Savotta hiking backpacks for an urgent order. Previously i had been in contact with 6 other stores (around the globe) who all had sent me around the bend. I found other stores falsely advertised these backpacks in stock when they were not, claimed they could ship to Australia when they could not and others just didn't respond to my queries. I was fortunate to finally come across Ray Mears Bushcraft store / woodlore. Paul Cook responded to my email very promptly and assured me these backpacks were just received in and in stock. Purchasing them within the hour of his reply, i was notified they were shipped shortly after.

The customer service of Ray Mears goes beyond that of prompt service and shipping. Due to the Covid pandemic, shipping was delayed from the UK to Australia and shipping information was not updating via the delivery services' website. I contacted Paul once again knowing this matter was out of their hands and unlikely the store would be able to assist however Paul took the time to look up the tracking number, do some digging around and once again promptly replied advising me the parcel was in fact in Australia, likely at the customs stage. A huge relief and a great example of superior customer service beyond the store.

I highly recommend Ray Mears Bushcraft/ woodlore for their outstanding customer service provided by Paul Cook and their superior products. I could not be happier with our purchase and the service I have received. Honesty and integrity i found is just as hard as finding my Savotta backpacks, however Ray Mears had a good supply of both.

Had a quite a few orders from Woodlore. Always top rate service, fast shipping and very fast delivery. Usually shipped on monday, delivered on tuesday. Every product that I ordered was very well packed and of high quality. And yes it does matter if the product is well packed a lot of sellers I have dealt with can't even do that. Also fast to respond by email if you have any questions. I think sellers like Woodlore set a high standart for other sellers to compete with.

I have bought many items from Woodlore over the last 15 years (including, I'm glad to say, an original Woodier knife). The service has invariably been superb and the products of excellent quality. I will continue to use them with absolute confidence.

Buying a product at Woodlore was the best decision i could have made. Because of the problem with my product (unrelated with their service) I found myself in a hard situation during travelling and Mr. Paul from their team was extremely helpful, made an effort for me that I couldn't have expected.
