Booked a 5 day course for two teenagers …
Booked a 5 day course for two teenagers over the summer holidays. They absolutely loved it, camping, fishing, cooking what they caught, an amazing adventure for them both. Staff throughout were hugely knowledgeable and friendly, didn't need to have worried they'd miss home! Fabulous team, great customer service, highly recommended!

Simply gold standard customer service
In all the years of review sites and on line shopping I can honestly say that Woodlore rate as gold standard in Customer Service. My plea for help sourcing a spare (and 'unusual') part was heard and resolved with no issues whatsoever. Honest, trustworthy staff delivering brilliant customer service. Simply the best
My research into indigenous knowledge takes me to some wild places and for the last five years I've been buying my equipment from Ray Mears's Bushcraft company. The site tells you if an item is in stock and if it is, it arrives two or three days later - always. I also buy training from Bushcraft - Wilderness First Aid, Navigation, Tracking - and the quality is excellent. Finally, if I'm thinking of buying a new piece of kit, I always look to see what Bushcraft has chosen as their preferred option, because I have a real sense that they have tried things out in real life. Every now and then other companies manage to undercut their prices on the same items by a pound or two and on occasion I have to go elsewhere to get women's sizes in clothing - but I continue to go to Bushcraft first, and recommend them unreservedly.
