I had called Raymore and Flanagan to order furniture for my new apartment
I had called Raymore and Flanigan customer service to place my furniture order. I wasn't able to get in touch with someone on the first call but was pleased that someone called me back a few minutes later even though I didn't leave a voicemail. The associate Jonathan was very helpful and made the transaction smooth. He answered all my questions and helped recommend a mattress for me. He also helped me compete my financing application by forwarding me to the department so they could update my information and approve the loan. I was also able to get the delivery date I wanted. Overall it was a great experience!

We have a very specific set of needs, two sets of furniture combined, and he went through all of the options with us, several times, and was never pushy. He was patient and gave us several weeks to think our purchase over before we came back. At the time of purchase he didn't force us to buy accessories or add-ons we didn't want.
