Terrible experience with delivery. I need a full refund
I leave in a tall building on the 19th floor. It takes three sensors swaps before anyone can get on the elevator. I watched where the delivery team was when approaching so I went downstairs to the lobby wait. Delivery always go through the back of the building but I did not see them there so I checked the front and saw the truck parked a little away from the front entrance thinking they were coming out but they were still sitting in the trucks so I started walking towards truck and then they were about to leave. I waved and shouted and asked them to go to the back of the building. I spoke with the driver, but he rather drove off and then cancelled the delivery. I was at the of the building waiting in the he cold. I spoke to the delivery center and he wasn't pleasant and did not even apologize but rather arguing with me. Do better in training your team. Just don't fire anyone. we all need second chances. and I need a full refund. Thanks

My new "Go-to" furniture store.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The store was clean and had a very wide selection of very beautiful furniture. Our salesman was very patient and even suggested we hold off on our purchase for a week to make sure it was a good fit for our house as well as to be able to take advantage of a pending sale price. Everything went smooth from purchase to delivery. The only thing I wish was more abundant was selections in a cherry wood finish that would have matched best with my current decor.

My husband and I needed to purchase a new mattress for our bedroom. Rather than purchasing a king, we purchased two twin XLs. Alex G provided exceptional customer service. The mattresses we saw online were available to test out and we purchased both of them. We look forward to their arrival.

A delightful experience!
Our sales person, Erika, was outstanding!! She knew the stock, features, and guided us through the showroom. We were there to look for a recliner couch, lift chair, dining room set and buffet. We were with her early 3 hours!! She was never pushy, but made herself available when we had questions. After moving from Michigan to upstate NY, we were able to completely refurnish our home in one trip!! Raymour & Flannigan not only met, but exceeded our expectations!! I would highly recommend this store! Ask for Erica.
