I spent a lot of time testing out sofas and Tom was very patient with my son and I. He also was flexible with my multiple switched times I said I would be back to purchase after measuring my walls. Overall a very positive experience and we will continue to shop here!

No pressure to buy! Salesman showed us where the mattresses were & then left us alone. Periodically he checked back with us but then left us alone again. He answered our questions honestly & again waited for our decision. I believe his name was Rom.

Bought a temperpedic mattress linda was our sales person, she was absolutely fantastic answered all our questions that we had about mattresses. Got the mattress was comfortable but our old matress was a pillow top and just could not get use to the foam. Called raymour talked to Mike the manager and he has been such a fantastic manager to work with for switching to another mattress. Absolutely great experience with raymour flanigan, everyone there is great at the whitehall store. Highly recommend raymour flanigan..They made everything such a smooth process. Thank you all, especially linda and mike.....

Sales personnel (Chris Buddock - Whitehall, PA store)
were very personable, knowledgeable and professional. Chris took his time, listened closely to our needs and concerns regarding the purchase of a new mattress. He gave us multiple options. advised us of any pros and cons for each product and most importantly let the product choice to the customer.
