R&F should review their delivery policy/ fees. As I shop for the balance of furniture I need, I will be adding $150 to your best price to cover delivery charges. Knowing of this fee prior to investing my time selecting this piece, I would have most likely chosen a different company. Since time is my most valuable asset, short of walking out and starting over I agreed to the fee. It is common in today's environment that free delivery is included.

Jonathan made all the difference. The moment we entered the store, he greeted us with smiling face and clearly understood exactly what we were looking for. He guided us and showed all the furniture to meet our needs. At any time we didn’t feel any pressure. But when we needed him, he was there. Thank to him, we made excellent choices and we are extremely pleased with it. He was very polite and pleasant and made us very comfortable. It was really a pleasant experience for us.

I went into the Whitehall store this morning to look for a mattress. Linda helped me choose a mattress that was right for me. She was very friendly, helpful, patient and informative. I purchased a mattress and it was delivered within a few hours the same day! Kris and Eric did a great job on delivering the mattress. They were very friendly, professional and courteous. It was a great experience all the way.
