Raymour & Flanigan - Baltimore Pike Reviews 

I ordered a table that was on back order and was told it would be in Feb 8. That day came and went. I am to call and leave several messages, text, online chat, over the next several weeks to find out status of my order. I was finally told today the table has come in.
I am very unsatisfied.

The delivery process is horrible. Each piece is coming separate and they keep changing the deliver date. I only got 2 pieces out of 5 this far. The website said it would be delivered in two days. False advertisement.

Sale rep was amazing. She guided me through the whole process of finding a mattress that met my needs. The service rep was amazing. She was able to cancel my online purchase and set up my in store purchase in a speedy fashion.

I have Been trying fir three days for someone to get back to me regarding my order. It has the wrong delivery address. No return call

The gentleman was very pleasant , understandable and accommodating. He deserves a true commission. Because he was great the whole set was paid in full. Great salesman! Awesome

My wife & I had a very pleasant experience. Lisa Pawson was very professional in her approach on our needs & asked the appropriate questions to ascertain what we were interested in purchasing.
She stayed on point & supplied us with the information that would allow us to make an educated decision.

Representative that I speak with she was very nice and explained everything to me the best to my knowledge and it was a pleasure doing business with her!

Salesman Bruce is very nice and had great recommendations. He was also very patient with me while I was trying to decide what mattress to select and also answered all of my questions even if I repeated myself

Angela, the customer service representative at the Limerick Raymour and Flanigan store, has provided one of the most pleasurable shopping experiences in recent memory. She assisted with the process as far as selecting furniture from the online store, assisting with, online ordering, shipping and pick up, and provided an excellent and positive attitude During the entire process. That was part one. Part two is enjoying the wonderful purchases that we now have in our house to beautify the home.

Debbie was a great salesperson. She let us look on our own and we grabbed her when we had a question. We ended up getting a recliner that I’m sitting in right now. Great store with great service. The only reason it’s not five stars is because I had to wait to see if my credit was approved and she was having trouble getting onto the store computers. But she did call me about an hour later to tell me I was approved.

Frank took the time to show me different furnitures, explaining without rushing. The manager was also very professional and nice. Will definitely visit Cherry hill location again for future purchases!
