Thanks to Bruce Cooperman for excellent customer service on Monday 6/7/21. He showed us several styles of bedroom sets & mattresses allowing us plenty of time to make the best choice for us. Poor communication
I ordered a table that was on back order and was told it would be in Feb 8. That day came and went. I am to call and leave several messages, text, online chat, over the next several weeks to find out status of my order. I was finally told today the table has come in.
I am very unsatisfied.
