Great sales service.
We were met at the door and promptly assisted in finding the product we were looking for. The salesperson was courteous and friendly. When we had questions that needed answers beyond her familiarity, she quickly obtained a manager to answer questions and finalize our purchase.

Excellent Service at the Sunday Sale
Fearing that this Sunday Sale would be quite crowded, I was pleasantly surprised to be almost immediately contacted by salesman Zeph. He directed me to areas where I could find dining chairs, and soon enough was there with us, answering and looking up more answers to my questions, as needed. I requested time and space to reconsider several possible choices, which he respected. When I had finally made my final choice, he was quick to guide us to the checkout desk, remaining until all questions were answered, the paperwork was completed, and delivery had been arranged. The delivery was right on time, thanks to your Delivery crew. And another big "Thank you" to Zeph, for your patience, politeness, positive attitude, and providing a pleasant and successful shopping experience overall.

Misleading ads
All your ads on TV and elsewhere say 30%off everything in the store for the Memorial Weekend Sale. When I asked about that as I was paying for our new chair they said it didn’t include our chair and things on that side of the store. I found the ads to be very misleading.

Directed to perfect option
Went in knowing what I wanted but they didn’t have what I had looked at on line and the sales person directed me to a perfect option. Was at the store from greeting to walking out having purchased a sofa and recliner less than a half an hour!!! It was seamless.

Bad customer service
I just want to say that the Big Flats NY location has the worst customer service. I am not talking about the salesperson I am talking about the customer service people. They were very rude and unapproachable. I didn't even want to ask questions about the 4000 Dollars I spent. They treated the woman that was my salesperson like she was an idiot I was literally embarrassed for her. I also had an issue and needed to call the store to get help. The girl that answered the phone cut me off midsentence and said. " I cannot do this right now I will call you back" I did not hear from her again. I spent a lot of money at your store and to feel like I cannot ask a question or get help when I need to is horrible. I will not be buying anymore furniture from this location.
