Was greeted by Addie Del Vecchio. She was very pleasant to work with. She showed me several different living room sets and has a great eye for pairing furniture. She is very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. Would definitely work with her again when I am in the market for additional furniture. The entire staff was also helpful.

Bought online. Wasn't able to set up a delivery time. Instead a date was selected for me without my knowledge and I've been unable to change the date.
Calling Raymour & Flanigan was pathetic. The customer service department is awful. Getting through the automated service was torture and then i was told customer service wait time was less than a minute. As it turned out, it was a 12 minute hold time.
Emailing was just as pathetic. No one knows what to do or can help. Instead the emails go unanswered or they're passed off to someone else who in turn does nothing.
I still don't know when my sofa is coming.
It was a big mistake buying from Raymour & Flanigan!

Very rude, I called in Raymour & Flanigan to ask them when my order be ready for pick up and woman asked me for order number and immediately put me on hold with out any notice also she had an attitude you know when you charge arm and a leg for furniture you should treat customers like that.
