Was greeted by Addie Del Vecchio

Was greeted by Addie Del Vecchio. She was very pleasant to work with. She showed me several different living room sets and has a great eye for pairing furniture. She is very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. Would definitely work with her again when I am in the market for additional furniture. The entire staff was also helpful.

Sales Associate Nick Zaremski was great

Nick Zaremski was so patient and knowledgeable in helping my son select a new mattress. He really understood my son's preferences and made the selection process painless. Very happy with our experience.

Bought online

Bought online. Wasn't able to set up a delivery time. Instead a date was selected for me without my knowledge and I've been unable to change the date.
Calling Raymour & Flanigan was pathetic. The customer service department is awful. Getting through the automated service was torture and then i was told customer service wait time was less than a minute. As it turned out, it was a 12 minute hold time.
Emailing was just as pathetic. No one knows what to do or can help. Instead the emails go unanswered or they're passed off to someone else who in turn does nothing.
I still don't know when my sofa is coming.
It was a big mistake buying from Raymour & Flanigan!

Very rude

Very rude, I called in Raymour & Flanigan to ask them when my order be ready for pick up and woman asked me for order number and immediately put me on hold with out any notice also she had an attitude you know when you charge arm and a leg for furniture you should treat customers like that.

Our salesman Velkat Yenchuri made us…

Our salesman Velkat Yenchuri made us feel very comfortable and welcome. He listened to what we were looking for and was never pushy. Velkat was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The speedy delivery was especially helpful as well.

Excellent choice of various furniture…

Excellent choice of various furniture of high quality. Our salesman Frank Skokan was so helpful. He knew the store inside and out. Was very knowledgeable about everything you sell from mattresses to furniture. Went back twice so far and Frank has the patience of a saint.

It was still difficult to get a hold of…

It was still difficult to get a hold of my salesman after the order was placed. I called and was placed on hold for over 10 minutes and finally hung up. Pricing was difficult to follow.

I went to the Bridgewater store looking…

I went to the Bridgewater store looking for a sectional
sofa. My salesman was Nick, he was very professional
