The saleswoman who helped us, Gianna, was fantastic. She asked what we were looking for, listened carefully, and led us to exactly what we were looking for. She made the entire experience of buying a sectional sofa painless and easy from start to finish.

Addie from Raymour & Flanigan Bridgewater is absolutely amazing! She is such a hard worker and truly goes the extra mile for her clients! She is the only salesperson our family works with. She has done so many homes for us and our extended family. She treats us like family! She follows up with us after our furniture is delivered to make sure everything was perfect. She puts her heart and soul into her job! She is so much fun to work with and we love her. Raymour & Flanigan is lucky to have her!

Consultant Hawa Turay took a personal interest in my furniture needs and showed me an option that was perfect. She was friendly, patient and professional throughout the whole process.

We went into the store to look at purchasing 2 recliners. We purchased 4 recliners and 2 couches. Carol (our sales associate) was excellent. No pressure, lots of information and lots of knowledge of the merchandise. She was excellent!!

I had called the store on Friday and spoke to a sales rep, John, who answered my questions. The next day my wife and I were traveling to New York with our dog.
I went to the store on Saturday and I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. The greeter paged John and he patiently assisted me as I checked out several sofas on display. I went back to the car so that my wife could go in. John met her at the door and showed her the same sofas.
We returned to the store on Sunday and the greeter and John repeated with more sofas. We bought a great sofa. We received Excellent service, attention and patience from all store employees, especially John.

I chose Raymour and Flanigan because of their delivery policy for mattress purchases. They not only deliver at no charge but also remove the old mattress and box spring as well. Their prices are very competitive and their sales staff is knowledgeable and not high-pressure. All in all it was a very good experience.
