Brian Smith at the Broadway store was busy that day but made it a point to make sure we could see that the small sectional we were looking at actually could transform into a queen-size bed for guests!
Please continue to put the floor models for apartment-sized furniture into your Manhattan stores. I had checked our local ones for over a year to find a display model my husband could actually sit on and try out - but we never would have got the one we loved without Brian guiding us to the perfect sofa. He is a terrific salesperson and should be appreciated by all.

Ok. I went against my better judgement and bought a sleeper sofa from Raymour & Flanagan well let me tell you we CAN NOT sleep on this bed. There is a metal bar across the mattress and it cuts into your back making this sofa one of the MOST UNCOMFORTABLE sleepers I have seen yet. DO NOT BUY. So disappointed because I was expecting company for Christmas. They had to sleep on the floor. LEARNED MY LESSON. My second review with these guys. I've bought a lot from them. Sigh.

My salesman Marvin knew all the merchandise very well. I told him I wanted, what price range and he showed many options. In 20 minutes i had exactly what I wanted and at the right price,
on sale, I was finished. Marvin was very knowledgeable about the merchandise and DidNot try to sell me anything more expensive.

Even though our purchase was very small (we only bought 3 pillows), he took care of us and went out of his way to make concrete suggestions on which type of pillow might be suitable for our needs. The customer service rep was very experienced with mattresses, the product we wanted to buy and showed us a number of items so we could compare softness vs.
firmness and even helped us get a discount on the neck pillows we got along with the mattress.
